   Definitely will not recommend to anyone terrible quality parts never want to own up to anything poor management and lack of communication. As a garage i have lost so many customers because of how many times i have been let down, asked for a refund for parts which they said they wont be able to give me because apparently the parts are correct however i have told them the parts being incorrectly manufactured and copied because it wont fit. PAY THE EXTRA AND USE CAR PANNELS

   DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - I bought a part from the Wembley branch where we checked the part in their dark warehouse, I took it to the body shop and he noticed that the part was a little bent. I went back to the company in 15 minutes explaining that they had given me the part bent, the staff was unprofessional and VERY RUDE they told me that once you sign they can't do anything and it's your problem now, so no refund or exchange or discount on a new part. I asked to speak to the manager but they told me he wasn't there and they said he would call me but he didn’t. - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Very bad experiace and big wasting of money, I bought two parts from them and I asked very clear question before I pay that I may return one of these parts as I don't know which one my garage needed, They assured me that If dont open it or put on a car then you can return it, I went back to same brunch in Wembley asking for refund they treated me like I've done someonthing wrong and they can't help with return!!!!! however its very clear written in the invoice that I CAN RETURN, Not worth trying to buy from these people and avoid dealing with them

   They don’t even worth 1 star. They’re doggy! Came to see a bumper but it wasn’t the right one so I asked for my money back and they telling me that there’s 25% refund. The bumper is there in their warehouse and I haven’t even picked it up and still telling me that they’ll charge 25%. End up giving them 25% of payment and didn’t even get the bumper. Make sure to check the parts before you pay them.
