   Second time this has happened. I come to pick up the car and they are closed early with no warning to let me know. So I can’t get my keys. I call before coming both times and no one picks up the phone. I leave a voicemail and my phone number and they don’t call back. I try to make it work with them since they are so close to my house but I can’t ignore how unprofessional they are. I leave call two to three hours before coming.

   Waste of time. Called him up earlier today about a lighting problem, he said if you come now we can have a look. I arrived at his within 12 minutes and he wasn't there. The other guy didn't know when he'd come back or anything. Wouldn't trust them to have a look at my car... Ever! Avoid! EDIT - The response from the owner does not have anything to do with what I mentioned. Yes, the car was never examined. But that's exactly the point: I was told to come to the garage there and then. I came within 10-12 minutes, and the owner was not there. I waited a good 10 minutes there but the other worker did not know when the owner would come and refused to call him up to check on this. The reason for the negative feedback is that I wasted 35 minutes of my time (travelling to GK, waiting there for 10min, and travelling back). You can't say "Come now and we will have a look" and you're not even there.

   Had a fault with my BMW 520D (F10), initially throttle lag and eventually error messages, engine light on dashboard and loos of power. Within hours of my call I arrived at the garage where Jack and his team figured out the issue promptly and professionally. New EGR valve has been ordered and car was repaired in just over one hour on my return next morning. Really can not recommend highly enough! It was a great experience and my car runs better than ever. Well done guys and thanks!

   Amazing mechanics in Hersham! Flexible, prompt, honest, good communication and very competent! Went to two mechanics before these guys correctly diagnosed the issue with my car. Initially quoted eight hours labour but then only charged four hours when it was fixed quicker than they first thought. Highly recommended them!

   I went to GK Car Services for an insurance quote. The quote was provided very quickly by email and accepted by the insurance company. Whilst I was at the garage for the quote, the GK engineer fixed a problem with the car parking sensor on the spot and with no charge. Really good service and the prices quoted are extremely competitive.
