DO NOT GO! Overcharged almost triple the price elsewhere for an oil change but didn’t even know how to do it and I had to show them. Didnt finish the job in time and made me wait for a part that never arrived in the end. My whole family used to go here but never will we go again! Massively gone down hill!

Popped in with a tyre pressure issue and was seen by a lovely young man who helped us and didnt charge as he said he didnt have to take the wheels off so no charge. But we felt reassured and couldn't fault the service. Thank you.
Would give this place zero stars if it could! My whole family and myself have been going to them for over 10 years but since it changed ownership/ management recently it’s gone down the sewage drain! The new owners are extremely unprofessional, liars and promise they’ll deliver a job or call back but nothing and it’s been going on for over 3-4 weeks! No harm in turning a job down but don’t lie if you can’t keep up or deliver as promised or just simply lie saying the manager will be here “tomorrow” call back yet again when I’m speaking with the OWNER and from previous conversations the staff said and informed me that they waiting on a yes or no from YOU! Or if you just don’t want business let the customer know either way!!! Definitely will be telling my family not to go to him anymore too and will take my business elsewhere!!! We need Laurence back!

They will try to cheat you as they will tell you they work with Cash only even though they have POS. For a minor repair they wanted 290...went to next place 57....
Think twice before go to them!!! Very poor service. They damage my alloy an did not take a responsibility for that. The boss was very unpleasant and rude. Highly do not recommend!!!
These guys have zero skills in customer service. This was my return visit and even though I felt the same on my first visit, I ignored as thought they might be having a bad day. But The Boss/manager (whose phone number ends in 445) is absolutely rude and does not know how to talk to people. I walked into the shop floor and he ignored me and walked past me. Tried to get his attention but he ignored again and had a face on as if he is being forced to work here against his will ! Absolutely shocking behaviour. I am here to spend money, not ask you for it so at least talk to me? A Few other mechanics in shop as well but busy doing their own work with no regard for who is waiting or how to deal with customers. Saw a few other customers waiting too. Price might be competitive but attitude is shocking. I took my business elsewhere and glad I did. Won't return again ever.
