   I had an excellent experience at Halfords in Feltham when I took my car in for its MOT. From the moment I arrived, the team were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient, which instantly put me at ease. Unfortunately my car failed it’s MOT but the staff were very accommodating and managed to fit me back in the following morning for a repairs and a retest. The staff kept me informed throughout, and were completely transparent about everything. The service was carried out promptly and to a very high standard, with no pressure or unnecessary upselling — something I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and well organised. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Halfords Feltham for an MOT or any car-related services and will definitely be returning in the future.

   I am a resident of Hounslow West and Halfords Feltham Autocentre was not my local Halfords garage, however, I was recommended to visit here last year where my car underwent a full service and MOT. Luke and his team not only provided the highest quality of service but were the most professional and friendly staff I had ever experienced. A year later (today), I visited again for an MOT and was impressed to see that the exceptional customer service provided by Luke last year was consistent and still of a very high standard. Although the MOT progress of my car was being tracked through the Halfords online service, Luke personally called me to let me know that my car was ready for collection. I did not experience any issues with my car at all! Luke went out of his way to give his time and attention to explain the work that had been carried out on my car, gave future advice and was able to answer any questions showing genuine care and sincerity for his customers. Based on my queries regarding free Halfords checks, he was able to advise of what they offer enabling me to make the best decision for my car. I have 110% confidence in the Halfords Feltham Autocentre team, which is being led by Luke's exemplery management skills and I will definitely continue making this my first point of contact for any issues I have with my car in the future! A very highly recommended garage that I can leave my car with and get any service carried out with peace of mind. Thank you and see you again!

   I had a great experience at Halfords Feltham when I brought my car in for its MOT and a diagnostic test. From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, and friendly. Jeff and luck were absolutely brilliant — knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They explained the MOT results clearly, and took the time to walk me through the diagnostic test, making sure I understood what needed attention without any pressure. It’s rare to find that kind of transparency and care these days. They both made the whole process stress-free, and I left feeling confident that my car was in safe hands.    Quick and efficient! I have replaced rear discs and pads here, I did my booking online. I was verry happy because the service was proffessional and Quick. In about 45 minutes the job was done. However, the price for the service is quite high, but is transparent, so you know what to expect. I will go again and I recomend!

   Asked to take car for 8.30am and said they would keep me updated. After hanging around Feltham for 3 hours (it is 2 buses and hour for me to get home) I went back to see how much longer I would have to wait. I was told they wouldn't start on my car for another 3 hours. What a waste of my time. Why they couldn't have told me this in the morning I don't know. By the time it was finished it was too late for me to collect. Terrible service! Avoid!

   Please avoid this halford autocentre Feltham. I booked it online for wheel balancing on 02-01-2023 @10am. The guy at the reception asked me to come and collect my car at 4.00pm he said the other jobs are more important than this job. And this one is not on his priority list. Though this job was only 10-20 min max job. I remind him that I booked it online and appointment time is 10.00am it wasn't mentioned on website that appointment time is only drop off time and for a small job the autocentre can take whole day to complete the job. The guy at the customer desk was not even polite. Very rude, un professional. He also added its first come first serve basis doesn't matter for him if you booked it online and short of staff. Very misleading, aggressive, rude. Unprofessional behaviour. Waste of time for me not happy.

   They booked my service without confirming whether the parts shop was open and so had to go back all the way to pick up car. Then they lied to me that diagnostic check was not required as when they brought the car in there was no engine light! In fact they had not even moved my car from where I had parked it! Unprofessional and disappointing service! Never to use it again.

   Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Took 2 days and came back with all 4 wheels with deep scratches. Full circle fresh scratches circling the entire wheels. I paid for 4 new tyres fitted and this was how it came back. Every wheel badly scratched and left with gunk all over them. Halfords said to get the wheels refurbished and they would pay. I paid £480 inc vat for wheel refurb and Halfords never paid for the refurb. Emailed and spoke to them countless times. You can see in photos my wheels were old and not perfect, but the new fresh scratches on every wheel is completely unacceptable. Wouldn’t use them again if the service was free.
