Poor service , dropped car as requested at 8:20am - 10min prior app time at 8:30am. No one called me entire day. I called garage at 5pm to learn that my car service delayed. I came at 5:45 and waited another 30min-40min. The car service book was stamped on the wrong page. Also I suspect oil hasnβt been changed - pls see the picture attached. Even taken in account that diesel oil is dark it doesnβt look as a fresh oil. Can you advise ?

Dropped my car off at the required time and it was straight in for MOT. That normally never happens, so this was a great start. The 2 technicians Jamie and Kasun were brilliant and worked like a well oiled machine together (pardon the pun). I received a call from Roy the branch manager to update me and what I required for the car to pass the MOT. I signed off on the work to be done and was picking up the car by 5:30pm that evening. What an absolutely superb experience from the boys at Halfords Autocentre. Roy and his team were courteous, friendly and professional on all contacts. Well done to the team and this gave me so much confidence that I am booked in for a full service next week. Cheers fellas.

Great Service, Polite, Friendly, Punctuality is indescribable and knowledge of everything is very good. John has a great sense of humour and someone who puts you at ease and is very honest. Lady at reception is very helpful too and friendly (sorry didn't ask for your name) John.... Went for servicing - straight away he solved my aircon issues. Took it for a test drive and he really put me at ease with his advice - he definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. I took my elderly Mercedes SL to Halfords Autocentre in Wallasey for it's MOT and I was truly blown away by the quality of service I received. I was served by Roy and technician Jamie and both went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. After initially failing it's MOT and subsequently dieing following my hamfisted intervention, Jamie worked heroically to get the car going again enabling me to return home with it's MOT after a successful retest. They were courteous, enormously generous with their time and highly professional. I am very grateful and cannot thank them enough.

Receptionist can sometimes be a bit grumpy, but the services are very well priced and I've never had them try to upsell me anything the car doesn't need. MOT always been very fair and I recommend them to my friends and colleagues

Booked my Class 7 MoT on the website.2 weeks later when I arrived after 45min driving, the manager told me they can not do MoT on my car because it is LWB. There was no option or information on the website about the size of the van(my van is a Movano 3,5t). They could do anyhing to help me out(not even call other centers to get an emegency slot or something) Halfords massed up my day,wasted my time and the fuel(nobody will refund these) They lost 1 customer and they will lost more if they not solving out the problem at this autocentre. !No more Halfords for me!

Simply wanted to say thanks for their help today to sort out some steering issues with my Jaguar. First of all, I was pleased to book online diagnostics for free. Another point was that, while they were short of staff on Saturday, they managed pretty quick to check the issues and resolved them at no cost - from the word at all! I paid nothing! I understand that there was a minor fluid issue but anyway it is always helpful to safe a few pounds - this helps not to rise my own services and rates for people and dogs with issues. Highly recommend Halfords in general and Sorbiton and Southfields branches in particular.
