We requested a refund and wanted to return a part that we have ordered from them; however, they said that it will not be possible as they don't do returns and they can't refund us which is quite bizarre for a part selling company. Not very helpful. Very inconvenient and disappointing, will not be buying from them again.

No words can explain my disappoint with this firm. Zero communication, 100% fraud. You ask them for a reason all they say is "no reason. Do what you want. That is up to you. It is your fault." They Zero customer service. I was speaking to the owner ands this was his attitude. Do not wan to know how the rest of the staff is. Stay away if you wish not to be robbed. They should be named Fail Autos.
Terrible company, i have been running a garage for years never come across such a terrible company to deal with! Rude customer service! Parts handlers have terrible english also rude and dont know anything about parts. They alwasy say i will call back and never do. People dont use vale autos even if its for a screw. Also they 5stars they are getting is their friends and family as i know each of them so dont be fooled. This customer is the worst
Disgusting experience with this theft people... I returned a item cost me £33 and they refund me for £25 said ia because if the vat. Completely DIRT and doggy... Avoid them as much as possible for own experience. NEVER AGAIN
Unhelpful! Mostly older guys in this parts shop; look down at you because they assume you don’t know anything about cars. Went in for an interior beauty light bulb for my van. Why do people/business treat customers like this goodness knows.
Had some parts ordered from here to a local garage. Got them in the end, great but wasn't told when they were coming, even though they had all my details and said they would. They just turned up 3 weeks later. Bad communication on their part.
Great service and parts available super fast. Would gladly purchase bits from here again!
