   Very disappointing experience. I traveled to TPS Park Royal because Google clearly stated they are open until 18:00. I arrived at 17:20, well before closing time, and was told that their system was already closed and they could not help me. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of time, especially when customers rely on the opening hours shown online. If your system closes earlier, your business hours should be updated accurately. Poor communication and poor service

   Park royal brunch is really need attention for customer service they're unprofessional. I call them palace the order he's so annoying and he disconnected the phone. I call him back make the order. When I tried to collect they keep me waiting over 38 minutes. They are rubbish no respect at all. Next time I am going to recording them there behaviour and post social media. I don't think management have no idea. They are going destroy the business.

   0 star not one, extremely poor service. I called prior for collection and made me wait 40mins. Stuck up people. All you can hear is people talking and laughing, are they running a business or a party. This place needs some attention

Asked to come collect the parts, then been told they out for delivery refused to give me the same parts which are available on the shelve then told by the guy “sorry bruv cant give em to ya” Very professional aint it? Had to close my business and wait for an hour for the van to return even though everything I ordered was available

Without his assistance explaining the warranty process to the service advisor I was looking at a large bill for a part that the service department had confirmed was faulty. Great service , thanks
