   Got fitted wardrobes from Krypton Kitchens in 2024 July. Tabrez during consultation sold you the dream quality and works. The quality at Ikea is better and the finish is better. The drawers and pull out trays is just screwed in and we could do ourselves. Horrible experience and swore to never recommend or go to them again. They don’t answer phone. They got measurements wrong and when delivered they delivered wrong and then only provided what was convenient for them. Terrible, honestly the biggest mistake I made was going to them. No professionalism and sold dreams and didn’t deliver. Extremely dissatisfied with their quality and service.

   The Krypton Kitchens team are fabulous. Harman has been a gentleman throughout the entire design and project management process from start to finish. Their fitters are very experienced and the finish is second to none. I would definitely recommend their company if you are considering buying a new kitchen. You won’t regret it.    I had my kitchen fitted in 2018 and i had trouble then however because my money was stuck with them i had no choice to continue now 5 years later i have been chasing them for over a year as some of my doors have warped and they have been telling me since April 2022 that they have contacted the manufacturer and now are resulting in not answering my calls. Please be mindful i know there are some good reviews on here but i think its people they know. I am left with no alerternative now as i have contacted them many times but no joy so i did tell them that i will pop on a review for them to warn others. My next step is Trading Standards. Note regarding this issue i have spoken to Tabs, Shah, Shaz, Waseem, Nasir, Amar and anyone else who answers the phone. I just want my replacement doors and a pot of paint to patch up thats all i have been exptremly patient so far but they dont even have the decency to call me back. Well its unfair when we pay them so much and they gove gurantees and assurances but fail to fulfill them.

   April 2022 I had my kitchen fitted with this company. What a big mistake we made choosing them. Firstly the splash backs were not the same as the worktop which we had opted for originally. There were so many joints on all the splash backs especially the ones behind the sink. Then the worktops by the sink had many joints also and with water touching those surfaces daily (even though we constantly wiped around it after using the sink) has made the worktop come away as in blow up. This was a major reason for us having a new kitchen fitted as there was this issue previously by sink so we decided to go for made to measure to avoid this happening. After several attempts to get through to Shaz via calls and visits to their showroom from June 2022 finally Shaz had told us that he would order a new worktop for us and have them replaced, he was not willing to do anything about the splashback having too many joints. He said the order would be ready repaired on the 2nd November 2022. Since then I have called him many many times which he replies there is a supply issue, repeatedly each time I called which was probably over 50 times or more. I find it hard to believe it would take this long for parts to be shipped over and replaced. He has never bothered to call me back or inform of any updates regarding this repair. I would never recommend this company to anyone they take your money and don’t provide the correct service and products. This has caused me undue stress and frustration chasing up this company for months on end therefore I felt compelled to write this review to prevent this happening to others. If I could I would give this company zero stars. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

   I chose to do tiling and plastering after kitchen fitting. Recently had the pleasure of working with Krypton Kitchens and their kitchen fitters Balraj and another skilled worker to have my kitchen units fitted. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Balraj and his team were outstanding in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the installation was perfect, from the fitting of the cabinets to the final touches. Throughout the process, Shaz, our contact at Krypton Kitchens, was very responsive and helpful in answering any questions that I had. He was also flexible and accommodating when I requested a few changes to the original plan. The project was completed within the timeframe and budget that we agreed upon, and I am thrilled with the end result. My kitchen looks amazing, and I have received many compliments on the design and quality of workmanship. Overall, I highly recommend Krypton Kitchens, and specifically Balraj and Shaz, for anyone looking to have their kitchen fitted. They are a professional and skilled team that will exceed your expectations and deliver a high-quality result. Balraj and his team's work is exceptional, and they are clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. Shaz was a great point of contact and was always happy to help wherever he could. I am impressed with the level of detail and care that they put into their work, and I am confident that anyone who works with Krypton Kitchens will be equally impressed.

   I think very carefully before sharing a negative experience as I understand it can have an adverse effect on a business. However, I feel it's necessary to help you make a well-informed decision before spending a significant amount on a kitchen with a company you haven't used before. Firstly I think it's important to write factual statements and provide supporting evidence to give a fair review. I purchased my kitchen for £12k. Please see the picture of receipt for confirmation. - The installers arrived on Day 1 to install the first fix. They understood and spoke little English so it was very difficult to have any dialogue. - It was apparent they were in a rush as they lacked taking care in fitting the units. They damaged numerous kitchen panels, doors and units. Please see pics, I immediately informed the fitter who stated he didn't know how it happened. - I then took pictures of the damages and sent a formal letter to the person in charge Aftab Hussain (Also known as Tabs). -I also realised the poor quality kitchen unit carcasses being installed which they build in their factory. These have saw cut marks on all corner units. See pics. - On Day 2, the fitter demanded a payment which was not scheduled in the contract. After showing him the contract, he got upset and threw the contract on the floor. I informed him to calm down and contact Aftab Hussain to resolve this. After contacting him he agreed the payment was after the completion of the whole kitchen. - After completion of day 2 I could see the fitters used Tipex to hide the damage on kitchen units. Please see pics. I write a formal letter again to Mr Aftab explaining this is not acceptable and that the damage can still clearly be seen. - There were many drill holes inside the cupboards which should have easily been hidden behind the shelves but they drilled them in the wrong position. They stated they would hide these with stickers but it's still very noticeable. - Most doors fitted were misaligned - The fitter failed to correctly install a Quooker tap and immediately after he left the pipes underneath the kitchen started to leak. I contacted Aftab on numerous occasions via call and text but he didn't answer or respond. Due to it being an emergency, I had to call a plumber to fix it. - After this, there was a delay of over 7 months for the splashback and Mr Aftab stated this was due to global manufacturing issues. However, I contacted 7 companies that provided the exact same glass and they had a lead time of 6 weeks. During this time they hardly answered any calls and only provided updates after I contacted the business owner Ateeq. - On the last day of installation, they changed the doors they scratched, however, the damage on the units still remain and was advised this amount is to be expected. - Once we started to use the kitchen daily in which you have your normal knocks and bumps; I found there was damage on a kitchen door after it came into contact with a chair. This further proves the low quality of materials being provided. I contacted Mr Aftab for a replacement door which I would pay for but he has failed to respond after numerous attempts to contact him. - The owner initally told me to remove the review as they would resolve the issues. However, he failed to keep his promise and both him and his staff have continuously lied and therefore regardless of what promises they make I will leave this review. This is my experience and I have kept it factual and provided evidence. I hope this helps you make a decision.

   I placed the order for the kitchen 06/10/21 with their sales man Al Urrehman. He was charm personified. I did some research on the company and found their 4.6* reviews. The kitchen was finally ready for fitting just before Christmas and their kitchen fitters worked long days to finish the job. However this is when the problems start. On completion the kitchen was missing two lengths of curved trim for the two curved cabinets. A simple thing easily put right I thought, The kitchen fitters promised to be back in January to fit the missing parts,. It is now nearly May and I have contacted Krypton about this on many occasions. Excuses for my unfinished kitchen from Shaz at their showroom: 1. There is a delay in making the matching trim.(January) 2. The trim has arrived with us and we are coming to fit it next week, they didn't arrive. - excuse "The trim has arrived badly damaged. (But they didn't seem to notice this when they arranged the date to fit it) 3. April. There has been a fire at their kitchen showroom and he can't access any of my information 4. Later in April (excuse 2) There is no wood at the manufacturers to make the trims I have rang the manufacturer ON-Trend Kitchens in Manchester.) On-Trend assure me there is a six week lead time for manufacture of the missing trims in the correct colour, BUT NO SHORTAGE OF WOOD! Honestly Krypton put this right, and soon!!
