   Tried to arrange pool car insurance. Too'ed and fro'ed over email and Michaela Martin asked for me to give her a call. I called her as requested, she stuttered and seemed to be in a tizzy then said one second whilst I bring our emails up - then the phone line mysteriously cut off. She ignored all emails, voicemails and attempt of a call back since. Just rude.

   Jon Simon's in Radcliffe was by far the WORST letting agency me and my partner have been with, they never respond to your calls and you have to constantly chase them up about things. We moved into a property that had a lot of damage we knew NOTHING about and was told nothing about, the house had numerous serious issues ,some of which resulted in serious injuries on myself and they didn't come out to fix at all. When our boiler broke it took them five days to get someone to come fix it, so we had no warm water at all. A person put a temporary fix on the boiler that could only be used for a maximum of two months as over time it becomes more unreliable and dangerous, both us (tenants) and Jon Simon were told this. Jon simon left the temporary fix on our boiler for 13 months. Would not recommend at all.

   After speaking with two of the staff (one named Hailey) at JonSimon estate agents regarding my issue and not only were they professional but attentive and prompt. It’s seldom when working with estate agents that they resolve issues as quick as Hailey resolved ours. Very impressed! I’ve rented across the country so have a lot of experience! Customer service in a company speak volumes!!

   I had the displeasure of renting a property through JonSimon. The property was let in a complete state despite them stating it would be cleaned before arrival. And I mean dirt & junk in every cupboard in every room. Clearly the previous tenants had left in a hurry and left various belongings and filth everywhere. When I informed them about it the response given by Liam was 'What do you want me to do about it?'. During our tenancy this attitude was the norm. They were unable / unwilling to actually contact the landlord on any issues raised, which as far as I can tell is their main role in the renting process. Problems were never addressed no matter how many times they were chased. They were astonishingly useless throughout the whole tenancy. I have rented from various companies in the past, and have inevitably had issues to some degree with each. But the level of unprofessionalism this company shows sets them apart. This the first and only company I've come across that I would actively encourage others to avoid at all costs. I would honestly rather pay more than risk having to use these again.
