   Okay I was helped by Lgaine at Halfords and he genuinely made the whole experience easy. I came in unsure about the right helmet and reflective gear, and he didn’t rush or push anything. He actually listened, explained things clearly, and made sure I chose the right fit instead of the most expensive option. He was patient, straightforward, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Customer service like that is rare, and it honestly made a difference. If you need help with cycling gear, ask for him, he knows what he’s doing and treats customers with respect.

   I had a great experience at the Halfords Edgware branch thanks to Chris. My car headlight had stopped working and I needed to travel on the motorway that night, so I went in just before closing time hoping for some help. Even though the store was getting ready to shut, Chris kindly agreed to replace the bulb for me. He was professional, friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure I could travel safely. Excellent customer service — much appreciated, Chris!

   My Skoda Citigo battery suddenly went flat after ten years stirling service. Ordering a replacement plus fitting on a Sunday afternoon was simple and efficient at Halfords in Hendon. We were able to get there an hour after ordering and were seen very quickly at the busy service centre. Cyril was knowledgeable and efficient. He was clearly highly experienced. As it was a stop/start battery it needed specialist fitting. He was very clear explaining potential pitfalls when connecting to the car computer. Luckily, all was well with no issues. I was impressed by the Halfords service.

   Peter the fitter was an absolute superstar for me today. Very knowledgeable about the dash cam I wanted, and he even moved his break to accommodate fitting, when the next available appointment would have been almost a month away. What a diamond! He explained the associated app, also. Val, in store, was also lovely, ensuring I got the right vouchers etc.
