   I recently purchased a steering box overhaul kit for a Fiat Spider & needed it shipped to New Zealand. Ricambio were fantastic with their communication & due diligence in ensuring the correct parts were being ordered. Even when the parts listed were not available currently, they managed to source replacements for me, and I now have a happy Spider (and a very happy customer) driving out my door.    I’ve been using Ricambio for about 6 or 7 years now. I probably only place a couple of orders a year because my old Fiat is so reliable! Who’d have thought that?! The first thing I would say is that the parts arrive incredibly quickly. There are a lot of firms out there that could learn a lot from Ricambio on this level. The fact is that when we want parts we want them yesterday! I have always been supplied the correct parts at prices I can’t complain at. No complaints about the quality either. I was going to give 4 stars for one reason only. The delivery prices are high. The only option is superfast next day delivery, no economy delivery options are available. However, on the other hand if it wasn’t for Ricambio I would spend a huge amount of time tracking down incorrect parts from other suppliers and waiting an eternity for them. It’s the rare companies like this that help me keep my old Fiat on the road so I will happily continue to support them.

   Let down by another place, went back to Ricambio- their website and on-line has improved from years back and the purchase and service was great. No mucking about, got what I needed, swiftly and actually better value than the 'google recommended' company. Will remember to come here first next time !

   Bought a poor quality plastic mirror advertised as suitable for a Fiat 127 which patently could not be made to fit the standard position. Admittedly I broke it trying to adjust, but the firm simply ignored my emails on the subject. Not acceptable.Two stars because I have previously not had problems on other transactions.
