   Utterly brilliant!! Had a wedding reception which was planned with us being central to the plans. The Wedding planners were fully flexible within their remits and were always available and willing to sit down with us and plan as well as allow us to text, phone or email. The recommendations for Chef and DJ were spot on! The Chef met with us and was able to tailor the BBQ menu to our needs allowing us to enjoy some of our traditional foods, which were appreciated by our guests too. DJ played some bangers, wouldn’t have been possible if DJ hadn’t allowed us to share our Spotify playlist. Just like the food, we had some traditional songs that just had to be played and again our guests appreciated that greatly.. On the day the team were faultless! Very attentive to the needs and wants of our guests, really reactive in non hindering ways. The only point I could say that they could improve on is the volume on the downstairs speakers to be as loud as the upstairs ones and more use of the mic for announcements. Other than that an absolute beautiful day all thanks to all at Dronfield Hall Barn

   Appauling ! Reserved a table only to find table it laiden with previous guests breakfast plates and debris . Which then took 20 minutes to clear . To add insult to injury we ordered , and were told that the items ordered were not available ( this occurred after being left for another 10 minutes ). In total an hour to get food and drink . Food was basic - Nothing special at all . Clean looking cafe , staff were pleasant but Painfully slow- No way to run a business .

   We had our wedding ceremony here and would highly recommend. The barn is gorgeous with a grounds well kept and looking great even during the storm. Everything was well organised and went smoothly on the day, all guests (and couple!) were really happy and had lots of compliments on the venue.

   Been coming here for a while but to be honest I won’t be coming back. Attitude of one particular member of staff awful. Ordered drinks and sat at the table was told they would bring them over. Two bottles of lemonade. Waitress brought them to table put them down turned round and walked away. Came back with two glasses. Never said a word just walked off. Fair enough I didn’t want a full blown conversation. Sat chatting to my friend she came back and said bluntly you will have to move your chair your blocking the walkway for people to get cutlery . Again no problem moving chair . Not what is said it’s how it’s said. She then proceeds to sit in the corner with her back to everyone eating whatever she was eating . Fair enough your on your break you don’t want disturbing but the whole atmosphere was strained. You hate your job I get that loads of people do. But to make your customers feel like they are just an inconvenience . Lady with long dark hair you need to polish up on your customer service skills it is definitely overdue.

   We would like to thank everyone at the barn especially Olivia and Andrea for making our wedding day the most wonderful, perfect day we could ever wish for. The Barn was such a perfect wedding venue with its beautiful gardens and historical building. We chose to have an afternoon tea but it was so much more with an abundance of delicious savouries and mouth watering scones and cakes. Thank you to everyone for enabling us to have a perfect wedding day. I cannot recommend The Barn as a wedding venue highly enough.

   Lovely venue for family occasion Staff very friendly and caring and upstairs room beautiful. We had an excellent hot food menu which everyone enjoyed with delicious cakes and a good range of soft and alcoholic drinks and tea and coffee. Thank you so much for looking after us so well. Would definitely recommend.
