   I recently purchased four bathrooms for my new build from Junction 2 Interiors, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I was looked after by Sim, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. When I placed my order, Sim told me he would look after me and that if there were any issues with the products, he would sort them out—and he absolutely kept his word. A couple of items arrived damaged, and he got them replaced immediately without any hassle. Sim really knows his products and took the time to go through every detail of the branded items I selected. I visited him three times before ordering, and it was never any trouble—he always greeted me with a smile and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Junction 2 Interiors may not be the cheapest, but the quality of the products and the exceptional service made it well worth it. The items are premium, and the customer care is outstanding. I highly recommend them, especially if you want top-quality bathrooms and someone who truly stands by their word!

   We’ve had a great experience from junction 2 in choosing our bathrooms with Sim, who helped us with designing our bathroom and choosing everything to go with it, any concerns we had we always got a prompt response We also purchased our kitchen from junction 2 with the help of Aaron, his expertise with designing our kitchen was amazing, as he just knew exactly what we wanted and what we would be happy with. Stuart was our installer and he was just fantastic, he helped us overcome a few bumps and we could not fault him on how he installed our kitchen

   We purchased a complete new bathroom suite 6 years ago and from the first point of contact, right through to delivery we were dealt with very professionally, with attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble for them. More recently, following a problem with the shower cubicle, our enquiry was dealt with by Jasmine who went above and beyond our expectations to reach a most satisfactory conclusion. Cannot recommend Junction 2 Interiors highly enough.

   We recently did our bathroom and found junction 2 after trawling around all the other big DIY centres and being totally bewildered. Staff are lovely friendly and helpful, Sim did us a computer generated image of our bathroom when finished, it really helped to have the personal touch and advise on what to choose, we're very pleased to have found this place and highly recommend it for value and quality, plus the personal touch was amazing. Delivery was excellent, drivers were very careful carrying extremely heavy items into the house. 2 very happy customers !

   Wow!! Wow!! What an incredible company. This business was recommended and I am so glad I listened. Their showroom is on 2 floors. I was spoilt for choice of bathrooms. Top designers bathrooms were on display. I got quotes from other bathrooms companies and so of the quality was not that good. One company the cost of 3 bathrooms and a cloak room came to nearly £15,000. I saved so much money at Junction 2 interiors buying quality bathrooms 3 bathrooms and cloakroom with deliver £8800. I am glad I drove to Birmingham. Raj was very patient and he had an eye for details. I was given a 3 D images of the bathrooms. I was very impressed. This is a fantastic company. I would highly recommend this family run business.
