The Park, grounds and facility, overall is lovely BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE USING THIS CAR PARK. RAN BY CIVIL ENFORCEMENT Ltd, Who are basically thieves. Shocking customer service which is pretty non existent to begin with. Received a parking charge notice 3 months after the 'incident' where their machine was faulty, coin slot jammed/blocked and their App doesn’t work due to bad signal in the Derbyshire, awful company overall. If there was a negative star rating available, that's more than what they'd deserve.

Lovely little cafe with a massive menu! Had a lovely walk in the park which has two ponds and a nice play area down the bottom, nice as a stop off onto Matlock.

Nice green area for a picnic if you so desire. Car park not very big, but you do get free parking if you eat in the cafe. Just remember to register your car registration.

Mainly used for Wedding / Parties & meetings but the have a very lovely cafe / restaurant. This building is full of history charm and character. If visiting the centre and the adjoining park remember there is a small charge to park. At the bottom of the park visit the railway station used for visitor trips. Very quaint with a glimpse of the past, steam trains charging through, signals and signal box. The park is good for children be careful, deep lake and pond close. The centre is run by volunteers and donations. Please support if visiting.

A lovely historic building with a park next to it. There is a public car park located next to the building which has plenty of parking spaces, remember to pay and display the ticket for parking to avoid a fine, first 30 minute's are free. The building has a seated cafe area inside and there is a seating outside the building too. A lovely place to attend on a lovely sunny day. If you have not been to this location, I would highly recommend it.
