If you fail to provide a document that they deem important in the visa application process, you're out of luck. Inconsistency of Information: I relied on the checklist to ensure the accuracy of my application, but the absence of critical requirements led to my visa being denied and resulted in financial losses. Refusal to Refund: Despite the visa denial, I was not refunded the fees, as they claimed the fee is charged for reviewing the application, not for obtaining a visa. Uselessness of Support Services: The paid support service did not provide any real help, offering only formal responses and seemingly delaying the process so that you don't have enough time to submit an application for administrative review. This way, your chances of getting a refund are zero! Conclusion I warn everyone who may face difficulties during the visa application process: be vigilant! The visa application process through UKVI has proven to be extremely unsatisfactory. Incorrect information in the checklist, refusal to refund, and useless support services created a negative experience and led to significant losses of time and money.

They've decided to delay all already submitted visa applications just to save face with their mess up with the Ukraine humanitarian bungle. We applied for a fiance visa in December, paid thousands of pounds and now we aren't even deserving of one on the expected time frame. How about instead of punishing current applicants you hire more staff or divert more resources to helping tax paying brits like me start their lives with their partners instead of keeping us apart just because you can't do your job properly?!

(please note: This review is about all UK airport checks after immigration, not the office in Leeds. The home office staff in Leeds are very friendly kind and understanding as long as you can be honest with them. So 5 for staff and 3 for security in that building) Been stopped 7 times for extra security checks ? I'm British only spoiling MY holidays with my family everytime embarrassing me for no valid reason . Just because I'm not white ?
