   Absolutely appalling service ordered parts and was told driver on the way and won’t be long waited nearly 3 hours and called them again to ask if they can contact driver to find out how long parts will be only to be told driver is on the way and does not have a company mobile so they will not contact them. The gentleman I spoke with was very unhelpful. Very poor customer service. In the future it is better to use GSF car parts much more helpful and better customer service.

   Mixed reviews now tbh been over the moon with them since Christmas time but all of a sudden all communications have broke down in the last month and even had attitude from payment department yesterday when I was making a payment on my account. Hugely disappointed as I've swore by these for best part of a year and recommended them highly but not so sure now. Note this is a general review of the company not Croydon branch direct been there in person a few times and their great guys.
