DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! Sent wrong part! Got charged extra duty, taxes and disbursement by Fedex, not mentioned in original price, true rip-off company!! Told me to return wrong part to UK from Canada at my expense after sending part for UK vehicle for Canadian car!!
These Bosch Aerotwin wiper blades are fantastic. They clear the screen perfectly with no streaks or noise, even in heavy rain. The build quality feels solid and they were very easy to click into place. A definite upgrade over standard wipers. Thanks AM
Not worth doing business with this dodge company, they assured you about parts compatibility and when it’s wrong no communication. Sold me an subframe for Honda Crv diesel but either part was poor made or from petroleum version , but no -they said is for my car (prior to purchase ) then silence .
Hadn't had any updates in well over a week, and no replies to emails. Called to be told it was in logistics. Waited another week and called again. They lied on the phone and said the items were posted and due out for delivery the next day. Phoned another 2 days later to be told again they were due the next day. Finally received tracking and it had only been posted after the 3rd time I'd called. So entirely dishonest. It's now been weeks and I'm still waiting. Don't waste your time with these guys.
What ever you do do not click on the phone icon or call them! Each call is about £1 a minute and all they do is keep you on hold and then tell you they are closed! This business should be removed from Google maps
This is just a SCAM! accordning to google "Calls to 090 numbers will consist of a very high connection charge plus a relatively high per minute charge. These numbers are predominantly used by chat lines and other adult content services." Why this company chose to use this number? If you call them, they keep you on the phone for as long as possible; so even if you end up not buying anything, they still get paid. SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!
Sent an email and went trhoygh the website enquiry - heard nothing back, Calls at £1.00 a miute are a rip off so not going to bother. Wouldn't let me leave this at no stars, had to put one !
Bought Toyota hybrid auris catalytic converter from them. Must say quite reasonable they are selling compare to other stores. Service was too good , and product is good too. Delivery got delayed from one day because of the delivery guys fault but Am Parts tried their best to solve it for me and next day called also to check if I received item or not. Definitely recommend others to use this shop. Thanks a lot.
Phone to get a price for a part and operator was polite but did not have the correct part and referred to the dealer's which was OK. Call took 8 minutes and when I got my phone bill they had charged £6 for call and £5 service charge which is disgusting considering they must get hundreds off calls a day about parts. Phone number rip off.
