“Big thanks to Matt at the Barking branch who went above and beyond for me today. The system was down so none of my local branches were able to confirm the exact brake calipers I required, after having purchased incorrect ones (even though I used my Reg to verify fitment) he found a way around ECP's technical issue at the time (ie sourcing my vehicles PR code) in order to confirm the exact parts I needed, it was quite urgent as my car was awaiting parts at my local garage on a ramp. Matt was helpful from the outset, whilst waiting for my parts I noticed he had a good rapport with the other customers in branch as well. Make sure you guys at ECP look after him, he's a great asset to the company, quite the opposite to the service at the Bow branch that frequently displays little to no telephone etiquette plus don't alert you when your parts have arrived via click and collect.
