Had major problems with the wiring in my Mercedes A250e including the rear motors. Had numerous people come out to look at it issue but was not able to find the problem. Took it to london code and he was able to solve this for me and explained everything in detail. In regard to booking an appointment this was very efficient and timing was impeccable. I would recommend anyone with a Mercedes to visit London code.
An angel sent from heaven to save my pride and joy!!!! I looked everywhere and couldn’t find anyone decent as I look at reviews first! And luckily I came across LondonCode, I spoke to Faheem who took my car in and did mention there will be a long time to troubleshoot as my car had an electrical fault somewhere which lead to every warning light to come on and the car not working correctly. I was devastated and thought my car will never work again!!!! He gave me his word and said he will do his best and resolve it! He is a really busy person and has a really busy business as of course a Mercedes’ specialists (ex Mercedes’ workers) should do! He spent a week with my car and each day troubleshooting and found the issues, sadly it has been water damaged as water gone in through the left side door into the cover of the wire. It looks like someone has touched the cover and removed it and not put it back.. -(as my Merc goes on rent on a daily basis). Thankfully he worked on my car each day and also had other cars he was working on. He finally made everything work and it looks like the car didn’t even have a fault! His prices are competitive and gave me a good final amount… I can’t thank you enough Faheem! He was like a family member to me! His a friendly, honest and well knowledgeable person! Thank you so much!!!! Will be back for servicing or any other issues with my Merc! A guy and a business you can trust and rely on!!!!
I went to the garage today for my Mercedes car problem and the garage owner was really helpful. I went to many garages however no one has solved this problem but they instantly fixed it on the same day. I would recommend this garage for anyone who owns a Mercedes that have diagnosis or any other problems.
As a single female, when anything happens to your car you can feel helpless and actually i was kind of scared due to the typical stereotype of bad mechanics scamming people with little mechanical knowledge. Coming to LondonCode from the 1st moment I got there i felt safe, I was reassured, I was educated. They broke down everything that was wrong with the car and i left wishing my friends car was broken just so i can refer them to this team! both guys were absolutely amazing! Thanks Guys!
This guy was an absolute godsend!! He came recommended from a mechanic that I work with, who couldn’t deal with some electrical issues that I was having with my A Class. My airbag sensor was malfunctioning and I was also having an intermittent problem with my turbo system. Faheem managed to diagnose the issue fully and then went above and beyond to get the problem sorted for me. A replacement part from Mercedes would have cost me over £3k but he went and sourced a second hand part for me and did the whole job for £300+, saving me tenfold!! Amazing service!! Would defo recommend!!
Guys know their job, my only cocern was their labour cost. I had my cars adblue pipe and injector replaced, mercedes quoted me £1100 including parts, labour and VAT, and as they said its 4 hour job. Problem was parts were not available to them immediately and my balance of miles was tiny. London code had got parts and charged £1000, saying its 6 hour job. Their is hardly any difference of cost. They should have got 5* had the bill been of some significant difference. I will go back only if their quote saves me some in future.
