   This review took place Saturday 18th October 2025. The guys/gals in this shop on this day were true hero’s in my time of need… I’m putting the date as I didn’t catch your names (sorry). I broke down on the industrial estate where they were based on my motorcycle. Although I wasn’t a customer initially they went above and beyond to get me going again with no expectation of a sale, just good kind hearted people! After failed attempt I found a blown fuse but my battery was cooked. Luckily, they had the motorcycle battery I needed on the shelf which was extremely reasonably priced which I bought and installed and got me going again. I can’t recommend these people enough where they customer service exceeded expectations not only through products and price but the people themselves. I often help others where I can and it’s short supply nowadays helping your fellow human but these chaps/chapesses have got it to a T. Dont stop the great work and I’ll pop back when I’m the area and needing parts in future for sure.

   Selling faulty batteries and refused to honour replacement or credit and making customer wait weeks by refering cases to manufacturer. And manager threatened to suspend the account if taken a legal action or appropriate channels to recover the cost.

   I visited this place on the 13th of October 2022 and I was happy with my experience overall with the exception of the very short dude with glasses who seemed to be suffering from some form of dwarfism (no offence). When I came into the store he didn’t even acknowledge me as I stood to ask a question after entering. When I did ask my question to him then he simply shut me down saying he was busy on the computer. Unprofessional and unfriendly service don’t you think? I bothered to ask someone else and that other person was a lot better. I bought an extendable wheel wrench from this place and luckily it came in the size I wanted (17mm). 2 stars only because of the very short man’s rude hospitality.

   I’ve had a horrible experience in this place. I wanted to buy something from the store and as I walked in no one looked up to greet me as the customer I was. A very short man with spectacles (under 5 feet tall) sat on a stool was on the computer and didn’t even bother to say hello or acknowledge me in the store. As I said hi he rudely said he was busy on the computer with a red face full of anger. No social skills whatsoever. I just walked away and took my custom to a better place instead!!!

   After 3 fail attempts at Euro Car parts(will never use again) I called up and the Man on there other side of the phone was amazing. He help me so quickly was so friendly. I got there and my parts was already sorted for me. He made sure I had the right parts. Cheaper and sooo much knowledge. USE THESE GUYS!!!!

   Excellent service, I ordered a new wing mirror for my auris and it came 4 days earlier than expected due date( bonus ) it was far cheaper than anywhere i could find ( double bonus ) and item was 100% as described. I certainly will be using these guys again for any parts I need.
