Great experience which was stress free. My front bumper was cracked and damaged as well as I had a deep scratch dent on my rear door. I took my car to them they assessed it we worked on a price which was 300/400£ cheaper than what I was hearing else where and they don’t a brilliant job. Told me it would take 3 days and 3 days it took.
A few months back I took my father’s BMW 330e to D&G Auto after it developed a coolant leak. I met with the ever-so-friendly Mynor, who took the time to show me around the workshop, explain what could be wrong, and gave me a clear quote for parts and labour once they found the leak. The work was done to a very high standard and the car’s been running perfectly since. I’m happy to recommend D&G Auto and will definitely use them again. Thank you!
Paid £350 for a door install and respray but the colour didn’t match. Must have used cheap paint or didn’t go by the correct colour code. When questioned why it is so noticeable the owner “mynor ”said new paint will look slightly different but then I asked why didn’t he blend it and he said it will cost another £150 extra. Not happy with the work I should have gone somewhere else, I took someone else’s recommendation and this happened. I have been reassured by the owner that the job will be top quality work and wouldn’t see a difference. My car is now a laughing stock, even random public and the car wash valetors comment on the terrible paint job. I have attached pictures. It is 2x more noticeable when the car is washed. I can’t even sell the car, nobody wants to buy as the door was damaged and easily noticeable.ill most probably get a reply like the other bad reviews saying this is a fake review what not.Never will I come back again or would I recommend to anyone. D and G AUTO is a sister company to TNT Eclipse - BMW indenpendent specialists. Very good customer service and All staff is very polite, the lady and the owner Mynor. They assisted me through warranty claim and fixed my car to a satisfactory level. They fixed in my BMW 730D (replacing front shutters and fixing head unit). Their cost is a lot less than BMW main dealer for the same work and original BMW parts.
Fantastic service, honest and professional treat. We took our new Honda, it was scratched and dented as a gate was closing with the wind as passing through. We had ridiculous estimates from the Honda recommend workshop. Mynor gave us a decent quote and in 2 days the work was done and impeccable. You cannot see any signs on the metallic paint. Been to a few garages around the area and the most with good reviews/rating and looked nice and tidy in the workshop was D&G. Got a full service done oil, oil filter, cabin filter, air filter, splark plugs replaced. Very good & fair price for the job. My car had also a right front bumper bracket broken that made the bumper stick out from the side wing. They also did a health diagnostic computer general check. They sorted all within 5pm I got the car back. The two mechanic staff are very friendly professional explained me a lot I had no clue about. The boss it self hes outstanding very friendly, professional, man of his word, very punctual. Thank you to all at D&G Auto for the great job and experience. Will deffinately be back for litterally anything needed on my Vauxhall.
I am extremely disappointed with company. The main manager is really a liar as he confirmed he carried out a full service on my vehicle and was unable to confirm any details on the servicing. My car is still making lots of noise in the engine area and he did not even changed the oil. There were few other works we agreed on he would check and fix and did not even do that, £2000 is a lot of money and my car is still driving the same and feeling the same. I do not recommend anyone to go to this garage for the main fact that he lies, and honesty is the main thing everyone is looking for in a mechanic. I will keep chasing up for my money or to carry out the works as agreed.
Had an incident where my car was badly damaged, Mynor took my car in and repaired it as good as the day it left the showroom. I was impressed with the level of detail involved in what could have been a difficult job. The work was done in a timely manner and if I required updates I received them swiftly. Will use again if needed.
The experience from start to finish was fantastic. They responded very quickly to my first message, they assessed the issues pretty quickly, they stuck to the original estimate and the job was completed in two days as promised and the end result was exceptional, i could not be more happy. My car is like new! i have recommended to my friends and i had to write a review for everyone to know how efficient they have been. Thank you very much!
