   I am very pleased with my new kitchen doors, drawer fronts, sink and taps. The fitters, Steve and Mark arrived promptly and the work was completed in just under a day. They returned quickly to fix two very minor problems, and were even kind enough to fix a problem not related to the installation. Would definitely recommend.

   I was really hoping to be able to give a 5 star review for this company. Up the point of the installation everything was going well and the communication with everyone was brilliant. The new worktop installers were fine, but the fitters who were responsible for taking the old worktop off and replacing taps etc damaged a couple of parts of the kitchen and didn't re-fit the dishwasher. I complained to the company several times over the phone and eventually wrote to them twice as nothing was being done. It is safe to say that I am being totally ignored now and I would not recommend paying a penny to this company until all complaints are resolved because they just don't care once they have your money. It would be ironic if I received a reply to this review given the no response situation, but if they do, a good first step would be an apology. 5/5 pre installation, 3/5 for installation, 0/5 for post installation Edit: I did receive a call after posting this. The problem on their end seemed to be a disconnect between customer service / sales and the fitters. I didn’t receive an apology and they hung up on me.

   We employed this company to replace my kitchen worktops, sink, tap, and floor plinths. The quality of the goods was very poor. The sink in particular is of very poor quality and very easy to scratch. The kitchen fitters were incompetent and left my kitchen looking an absolute mess. The plinths under the fridge and dishwasher were cut uneven and left a gap under them apparently for the doors to open. The sink that they fitted has been unusable due to the fact that the water wont empty properly and has flooded my cupboard. So we have been throwing the water away outside. We complained to the company only to be told that we employed the fitters separately and needed to contact them if we were unhappy. They just wasn’t bothered once they had our money and refused to contact the fitters and said it was up to us. I m sorry but we employed this company! They are their fitters. We should not have had to chase them to come back and rectify the faults and we should not have had to put up with the verbal abuse that ensued with the fitter repeatedly calling my husband a liar, which was a total disgrace. After several weeks they have come back to rectify the problems raised however, they have said the sink is our problem to solve as its blocked up. AMAZING it worked perfectly ok before these guys touched it. When we first approached this company the salesman told us that our appliances would have to be taken out so that the worktops could be put into place properly and even said that our new intergrated washer would be put in place for us in the price quoted. This was all totally rubbish and my husband was apparently a liar!! I would not recommend either the company its products and certainly not its fitters and I am considering recalling some of the funds paid to compensate for a plumber to come out and put my sink right. I can not tell you how upsetting this has been as we have waited a long time to do this make over.

   If you only want to replace existing doors their product quality is good. If you want any changes or additional plumbing work done DO NOT USE THEM!! The technical surveyor made errors leading to an incomplete order received and kitchen couldn't be configured as promised. Our kitchen looked great but pipework leaked from day one. Our sink waste water was draining into our new washing machine. Once we paid nobody was interested in resolving the problems. No-one in authority has had the courtesy to respond to our complaints. We had to have remedial work done by another company at our own expense. This company has already accepted that our installation was a disgrace and paid us a refund so they must have meant to add their comment to another unhappy customers post. Please remove it from mine.
