   Only started using this place recently as it's near my parents home. Spoke with the owner Mario who arranged to collect and return my parents car as they are elderly. Done it twice now with no quibble. This last time (7/11/25), the car failed and had to speak with them to arrange a retreat. Dealt with Alex, who was helpful, polite and accommodating as I'd taken the car elsewhere to get a new back box fitted. On my return (which I changed a number of times) and despite being very busy, he managed to find the time to get the car retested (12/11/25). I would recommend MP Autonatice Serving as as you need to visit more than once to form a proper opinion. The fact that they are always busy speaks volumes. Found Mario to be polite and apologetic as it can be a waiting game at times. If I had any advice for the business it would be to be more competitive in their quotes for repair work. Highly recommend

   Phenomenal service and customer support. Mario and his team are incredibly professional and friendly, my car needed urgent work doing and they were able to fit me in quickly and have my car returned the same day.    Hello everyone, I recently visited this car service because I had a problem with an oil leak, however, the problem turned out to be much bigger, it wasn't just a small leak, there were quite a few leaks. I'm grateful that I was in the right place. The mechanics at the service responded with great professionalism and fixed all the leaks, for which I am infinitely grateful. The owner of the service turned out to be a very serious and dedicated person. In one word, I would call him a friend. Many thanks, Mario.    I have been using Mario’s service centre regularly over the last few years for 3 of my cars, VW Touran, Ford Focus estate and a Skoda and recently a Kia. Every job has been done extremely well and completed in a timely fashion. The team go out of their way to be helpful, explaining any problems and resolving problems that main dealers often would charge far more for. The cars are always well looked after too. Mario remembers all his customers and always make you feel welcome. I thoroughly recommend this garage and already do to all my friends.

   Sent my 75 year old Mum to these guys for an MOT...passed with a few advisories. When she picked up the car she was given a receipt for £55 for the MOT and then told to pay £40+VAT for a pair of wiper blades that were needed. She was not told prior to picking up the car. Her car is a VW Golf MK4 and takes the std blades so £48 is way overpriced. I did ring up to complain afterwards and was refunded £20, but still shouldnt have to do this Parts should not be fitted without the customers authorization The blades could of been purchsed locally for about £17. Hope this wasnt the case of taking advantage of the older generation

   Absolutely fantastic and professional service from MP Automotive. My car had a critical coolant leak and Dillen arranged for diagnostics within the hour, providing me with advice for getting the to the garage safely. Once arrived the mechanics examined my car immediately, and the parts were ordered before I'd even walked out of the door. I returned a few hours later to find the replacements completed, however the car required further work and this was also completed promptly. All in all, I had my car's coolant leak fixed within 24 hours by this garage and I could not recommend them enough, for their mechanical knowledge and professionalism. I paid the exact amount I was quoted, and was happy to given the level of service I was provided with. My family and I will be bringing our cars here for MOTs and servicing in the future. Thank you all!
