From start to finish the experience was seamless. My 340i radiator arrived quickly and was in excellent condition, just as described. Placed an order today for a brake servo that I struggled to find anywhere else and was giving a great price and great customer service. I stressed the fact I needed the part the next day and the lady I spoke to went out of her way to go to dhl at 19.00 so I could receive it next would highly recommend
All negative reviews are correct. This lady is rude, speaks sarcastically and overall has no idea how to speak to or treat customers. After speaking to her on text, she had said a part I needed was in stock. I had turned up at the yard, and she had said “did I tell you to come”. I understand the nature of the yard is that parts have to be located first, but a small amount of etiquette goes a long way. After I had pointed out that she did on text say the part was available, she had called me a liar, I then showed her the message and even then her response was “I’m sure you’ve texted the wrong person before as well” rather than the most appropriate response which was “sorry”. She does not know how to treat customers at all. After I left, she then messages me that she had found the part. Great. She then proceeds to say they’re £40 each (some small bumper brackets that are listed on eBay brand new for £10). After I tell her that the price is ridiculous, her response is “you saw how long it took me to find them”. You pay for a product based on the items value, not how long it takes to find. I’ve never been one to leave a bad review for anyone, nor have I ever been one for confrontation and argument. Even while being disrespected I spoke to her with respect, but this lack of respect and rudeness can’t go unchallenged. Though you are old enough to be my grandma (her words), does NOT give you the right to disrespect me. There may be some nonsensical rebuttal to my arguments, but quite frankly, I cannot be asked. Reviews speak for themselves.
Used this place a couple of times they had parts I couldn’t find anywhere on the internet. I’ve even returned an item and got a full refund. Very nice women to deal with. Don’t panic if she doesn’t answer. She will reply. Sticks to her word. Will Definitely use again in the future. Thank you very much Saj
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THERE IS VALID REASON WHY HER REVIEWS ARE SO POOR!!! She lied and told me she had the right part for me, so made me drive down 40 miles When i got there she then sold me a wrong part but assured me it would work When i tried to get a refund the next day she refused to tell me her opening times so I had to drive down again hoping she would be there When i got there, i then had to wait several hours and fight to get my refund She put her hands on me several times and threatened me with attack dogs, because I wouldn’t leave without getting my refund. In the end i had to call the police to resolve the matter Overall, an awful experience that i would wish on no one
God bless this QUEEN who runs this parts place. You will not find a genuine real person like her. I enquired about parts and made the mistake of reading the reviews beforehand which then put my guard up and have preconceived judgement due a handful of the negativite spiteful feedback reviews left on Google reviews, but when I met her in person, she was truly angel. She goes above and beyond and makes sure she is fair and righteous with her customers. Those of you who have left negative comments either have got off on the wrong foot, and expected a BMW dealership service from one-lady-run-show business or just spiteful. Please understand this is a lady who runs this who dealing with hundreds of aggressive and challenging men day in day out. Be fair and genuine and she will be the same to you. Thank you for helping me find the most obscure part at literally a couple of hours notice and at fair price. We have had a terrible experience with this company. The owner is unreliable with opening times, deciding on the day when she wants to work - her opening times are definitely not Mon-Fri 10am-6pm! This needs to be changed on google. Communication over WhatsApp, text and even on phone calls has been incredibly unprofessional, as messages have been vague and inconsistent. We were given a guarantee that our part was available and then were made to dig through piles of parts to try find it ourselves. After trying to charge nearly 3 times the price than from a dealer for a few parts, we were sold a part that was damaged. It has come from a crashed vehicle as it was very deformed. It has been over 6 weeks and our texts/calls are now being ignored. Our requests for refund have also been ignored, as she asked us to travel 2 hours to her garage for an exchange without any indication of her real opening times and availability of the part. We have said we are willing to pay to post the part to her in exchange for a refund even though it was her fault but she doesn’t want to hear it. Then when we agree to come to the garage she is “busy” or “not open” but this is during her opening hours. How is this possible for nearly 3 months now. We are shocked by this treatment and will not be coming back, better to just go to the dealer as parts will come the next day most times and there is no hassle to return if something is damaged/defective. We ended up purchasing the part from our local dealer it was only £5 more and guaranteed as being brand new. We will definitely not be going back here again a simple return has turned into such a hassle. She trades under different names on Facebook and eBay so be careful.
Was after a bottom bolt for a alternator and they wanted to charge me 37 pound for it because "you need it". This bolt is 7 pound new from BMW the only reason I called was to save time. Greedy people taking advantage of the situation
