   Les and Dan have just finished fitting 2 new wardrobes in my mums spare bedroom and they have done a brilliant job. They worked really hard and the wardrobes look brilliant. Dan even brought his own vacuum cleaner around to clean up after completing the wardrobes this morning. We are really pleased with the finished products. Well done. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Phoenix kitchens and bathrooms in the future. Thank you so much for doing such a lovely job.

   5 stars We’re absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom, which has been completed to a very high standard. The modern style is both beautiful and practical—perfect for my elderly mother who has mobility needs. The walk-in shower, complete with well-placed grab rails, blends in seamlessly with the overall aesthetic of the bathroom. Nick, the fitter, was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was highly professional, and the quality of his workmanship was outstanding. We felt completely comfortable leaving him in the bungalow on his own—he’s trustworthy and clearly takes great pride in his work. Would highly recommend!

The customer service was exceptional too - we had a damaged worktop and marked shower tray which Les resolved via the supplier with no hassle to us.    I recently had my bathroom converted to a shower room, As i was happy with current tiling i wanted the area around shower to be changed to wall boards . Les understood all that was wanted and when it came to the fitting, everything was done by Nick in a professional manner leaving everything in excellent order.

   I can't rate Les, Nick and the Phoenix Team highly enough! They have just transformed our kitchen and we love it - it is stunning. Les has been so patient and helpful and Nick has done a fantastic job with the fitting. Minor snagging issues were dealt with quickly and without a fuss. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

   My Wife & I wanted a new kitchen but didn't really know what we wanted. We asked Les from Pheonix to come round & he spent time talking to us about what we wanted, what we didn't want & what our budget was. A few days later we went to his showroom & he had designed us a beautiful kitchen on his laptop. Unfortunately this had come in a fair bit over our budget. Les spent a long time with us (even though it was a Saturday afternoon & I think he was expecting to have been home about an hour ago!). He explained different ways we could change this round to save money whilst still keeping the same design. He was more than happy for us to buy certain things ourselves if we could get them cheaper. He even told us about a shop that had a great sale on cookers & hobs at the time which helped to save us some money. Eventually Les came up with an amazing design that was within our budget. My Wife then went back & changed her mind on various things about another 6 times which Les didn't mind at all. When it came to the kitchen being fitted everything was done to a very high standard. The kitchen looks 100 times better than it did before. If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen or bathroom make sure you speak to Les before you decide to go with anyone else, I honestly can't recommend Pheonix high enough.
