Exactly the same as the other Reviews ordered a Lexus key £293.76 on the 25th September and keys still not arrived if I don’t have a refund in the next 2 days I’ll start legal proceedings.
I've been expecting a delivery for weeks, and now they're demanding more payments from us. The company is unreachable by phone. The service is incredibly poor. Despite the promise that the delivery should arrive within five days, I still haven't received the part. It's already been four weeks.
4 weeks after placing order still the part ordered has not arrived. Unable to contact the company as no response to phone calls and emails remain unanswered. Not sure whether they are still trading. Treat with extreme caution.
They take your money for a part they don’t have, then give eta every couple of weeks but only when you chase them constantly…… 10 months and still no part. Customer Service is non existent, then if you date to complain they just refund your money with no explanation and no apology. DO NOT use this company!!!
