    Today (10/12/2023) I have gone to this shop to buy something for my car but I got so bad experience from the shop keeper. Firstly, they took high price from me and I thought it's OK as I need at this moment. One of the item was battery for the key of my car. I paid him (to the Shop keeper, the old man) everything and comeback to my car. But I noticed that the battery does not work at all, after that again returned to the shop and asked him this is not working, could you please check ? He did not cooperate me, talking unnecessary things and started rude behave with me. I asked him, I am your customer if you are unable to do please take it and return my money. After that he was so aggressive, rude and forced me to leave the shop in front of two customers (and two other customers also surprised), look like I am a shop lifter. He came to me to hit, in this situation I left his shop with my prestige issue. He did not give me return any money even any receipt also. Finally, I told him please give my old battery but he did not do that. So I want to ask all over the customer what should we do in this situation ?

    they're really nice and honest people. came from manchester and thought not knowing the area i would be ripped off for some headlight bulbs. thinking i would pay £30 odd pound. They only charge £5.80 for both a side and headlight for my Qashqai. I asked if its powerful thinking its not right. they didnt try n upsell something i didnt need. Highly recommend them.
