Picked up some spares and found them friendly and professional + fair pricing as well. spares was in good condition too as compare to other salvage yards.
Don't believe these scammers, don't send money because you will be left without it and without the part, as was my case. They are not trustworthy. I have already reported the page, the website, and the police have already been informed.
Fast, reliable service with excellent communications! Called to speak about getting my car scrapped for TFL Scrappage Scheme. They came to collect my car within 30 minutes and I was issued a certificate of destruction immediately. Stayed in touch throughout the process as they sent collectors to take the car. The certificate was ready when I arrived a few minutes after. I got the email from TFL to confirm they will be sending me a check within a few days. They made the process smooth and straighforward. Purchased an item for an agreed price on breakers link for £19.20. Then got notified of a pending refund in my account 20 minutes later. Then got another quote off them on breakers link for £85. Very unprofessional service. Will avoid buying from him in future
A friend recommended for me to try these guys for parts. Few times they didn't have what i needed but they were very polite and willing to help. Been about two years now that i have been constantly buying from them. Always polite, cooperative and had no problem from their parts. One engine I bought from them was in mint condition and have had no problems. Overall very pleased, would recommend.
Absolute Jokers! Total cowboy Rogue Traders They called me saying they had my part in stock. £124 to post it or £85 if I collected it. So I said I would come collect it and sent a text when I left to say I was on the way. Waited near an hour for them to locate it. First they said they didn't know I was coming then they said it was in the office and had me waiting ages. Most likely they just took it off one of the cars they were breaking. When I went to pay with my card they said they have to charge VAT unless I paid cash. I asked why they didn't state that when they called me. Reply was I chose to come collect. Didn't shed light why they didn't mention the VAT I asked about a receipt and warranty on the part if I paid cash. They weren't prepared to give either for cash payment. So basically if it didn't work, without a receipt or warranty they'd have no obligation to exchange or refund. That breaks at least 3 laws let alone it being tax evasion. Honestly, I'd rather set £85 alight than give it to those Cowboys. I've reported them to trading standards, the council and consumer direct who are going to investigate.
called them confirmed part in stock went with public transport as car broken spent 1 hour on journey and spent another hour waiting outside , came back empty handed as part was apparently moved to different location and did not find it . so lost a day and a next day looking for another place to get the part . Review i wont go back there that's for shore but if you do confirm part and confirm that they have found it before making the journey . For me they are NOT costumer orientated at all
