   I have used Halfords Charlton store in the Stone Lake Retail Park and have always received good service. Today was no exception. The assistant behind the counter was very helpful and saved me money. The assistant who carried out the 10 point car check was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He was very polite, helpful and gave me good advice. My only regret is I didn't make a note of their names to inform the store manager Rob, who was also very helpful over the phone. I am very impresse and would highly recommend this store. Thanks. V. Murphy

   Had a non-standard installation with a Thule roof rack (where the Thule website itself didn't have any clear answers). So had loads of questions before hand which Ray answered, and then a week later Ben worked through the install for me (which took way longer than any normal install given it's an imported car and had specific set up requirements cause it will end up in working in a warzone in the next few weeks). Ben took care of all the quirks and made sure I was able to drive off with exactly what I needed! I cannot say enough about how great the service and knowledge was! Nothing beats good old fashioned service and face to face help! Thanks to Ben, Ray, Fay and the team!

   Special thanks to Ben, he fitted my dash cam quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain how it works and got me set up with it before I left. He even went above and beyond to fit my rear wiper I had just purchased even though I was going to fit it myself. Appreciate the help and service today.

   Very friendly staff. I came here to get wipers fitted for half the price that Volkswagen offered (better quality too), including installation with my Halfords Motoring Club membership. I appreciate how the man explained what he was doing so I can do it myself next time. I barely had to wait any time at all- was in and out instantly.

   Mr. Tim is a wonderful, cheerful, and highly experienced mechanic. He managed to fix the cassette wobble on my bike—something no other shop had been able to solve. I’m very impressed with his skill and grateful for his excellent service. Highly recommended!

   Super experience this evening from Wayne. Went out of his way to spend time with us in the bike section, helping us make the right choice for our daughter. Made us feel like we were the only customers in the store with his attentiveness. Very happy customers. UPDATE: I came back to the store today (27-Feb-2023) to ask for help for something I messed up on the bike as I was removing the doll’s seat on the back. Allan from the service section saw me arrive and immediately asked me how he could help and took care of it in 5 minutes for me. Exceptional service! Now I see it’s across the board at this Halfords.

   This shop is nice, clean and quiet. Not much customers. WHY?. Not the problem with this shop but problem caused by parking lot. Pay attention to parking hours limitation. Look at my photos. I have a terrible experience with this shopping area. I shop around various shops. I bought some items. After my happy shopping in this area, I got a 63 pounds fine from parking company because I over park a few minutes. This experience make me hate this shopping area. I will not shop in this area any more. Are you ready to pay double for parking here? Good luck.

   Located within the 'Stone Lake Retail Park', we've been here a handful of time and it has more than enough on offer to cater to most things needed for your vehicle, bike, camping and more. If this isn't the case, you could always order online and pickup in-store. Staff were helpful when we asked, so noting bad to state. Good experiences so far.
