   Bought some simple service parts here 3/5 parts were incorrect. Came back to return them as these things happen. Long story short one of these incorrect parts somehow had a different part number on my receipt to the actual part I was physically returning. The customer advisor on the till needs a lesson in customer service. Needs to learn to not use disgusting language around customers when frustrated. Needs to own up to supplying wrong parts even when this same employee supplied the parts a few days earlier on camera and not make out that customers are trying to just return any old parts. The manager here is a joke. I have no idea how this guy got a job at all. Poor customer service, defends his employees' wrong doings, faceless and doesn't face customers once they have pulled him and his team up on issues. Also needs to learn the difference between a fact and an opinion :) For this I will be visiting eurocarparts in future and recommend anyone else who wants a seamless, quick and usually faultless delivery.

   I've visited GSF Car Parts in Woodford on three separate occasions and was served by three different members of staff each time. I must say, the customer service has been consistently excellent across the board. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to WINSTON , who went the extra mile to check directly with the supplier to ensure I got the right part. That level of dedication and care really stood out. It’s clear the team here values customer satisfaction, and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!

   Rude staff, that stay in the office instead of coming out to serve the customer. Sign on the window saying do not knock on window we can see you, but then ignore you when they do see you. Thought it was a 1 off when it happened yesterday and walked out, came back today and the same terrible service. Plenty of other options instead of using this store. Dont know if it's a widespread problem at GSF or just the Woodford store

   I’ve always wondered why GSF failing and because of the staffs that work at this branch are the reason. I ordered parts that should have arrived in 24hrs, I was kept waiting for 4days and the day I go to pick up my parts I was told it’s been sold to someone else. The staffs are rude after me asking why my parts were sold to someone else, even though I offered to pay for my parts at the time of ordering them. Disappointed. GSF needs to review who they hire.
