Called over 5 times within a week and no answer at all. What's the point of having your telephone number if you ain't even answer to your customer. Absolutely unprofessional.
Very honest and efficient service. My VW tiguan dashboard show engine and air bag signs then I call VW for fixing. They reply each sign diagnose need to pay£150.00 + VAT £360.00 then original Cost. I decided not go VW and contact my old garage. He was spent very short time for fixing it and didn't want to any money. Over the 30+ years my whole family use him. Thank you so much for your awesome service.
I have used this garage several times now and each time I get a great service. I always feel I get value and reliable advice. It's taken me a long time to switch from using a trusted garage from my hometown outside of London (in Wales) but I can honestly say I wouldn't go elsewhere than Lofty's garage here in London. They're a good bunch, always helpful, kind and will go out of their way to ensure you are treated well (and not ripped off with London prices).
Fantastic service. Taxi failed Mot , but they got parts and fixed it and passed it and 4 a gr8 price and within 2 hours .cool
Very happy to have found this wonderfully helpful garage in London. They booked me in same day for the MOT (despite it being busy hols week). The car needed new tyres. They volunteered I could go elsewhere to get them replaced and on return issue the certificate, or they could change them, by end of the next day. I asked them to do it (good price) and, as the car was going to be there, could they also to do a basic service. All done perfectly. And BEST OF ALL, when I got in the car to drive off, I found to my absolute delight, they'd fixed a clunky door AND unjammed the FM radio control. I drove home amazed that I now have a smooth closing door and a radio that works. Hurrah and thanks to the people in this garage! From now on, the car goes there for care and attention.
I have been going to A1 for 10years. A family run business that are reliable and trustworthy. My car was the last thing my dad gave to me before he passed away and someone damaged the car really badly. A1 showed great sympathy and care and repaired my car straight away. They have always helped me in emergencies. I found other garages are a rip off especially if they see a customer who has very little knowledge about cars. I have recommended them to my female work colleagues and they have given great reviews. They do not rip you off and do a job to excellent satisfaction. if you want to get a job done right, quality service and one you can trust, then A1 is the place to go!
I've been taking my car here for a few years and have always been happy with the service and price. But today i was really impressed by their service and generosity, not only did they informed me that I had actually put my car in to early for its annual MOT and service but they fixed my windscreen wiper pumped up my tires and check them all for free!!! Great service and great people..
