   I just wanted to say not only a massive thank you to Jamal Rafiq who has undoubtedly provided myself with the most extraordinary service, mixed with the highest level of customer care and consideration throughout the entire sale last week of my new all electric Mini Aceman SE. I wholeheartedly would recommend Jamal and Mini Stratstone Doncaster to everybody. Jamal really did go the extra mile, and I never felt like he was being pushy with myself at all. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Jamal, and Mini Stratstone should feel very proud having him as part of their team. Massive thanks also to Staci Barnes who emailed me this morning asking if I wished to buy some Mini accessories. I hadn't really thought of buying any, but after looking at the brochures, I decided to treat myself to a travel mug and a black suitcase for my travels and it was £155.00 well spent. Also purchasing the additional service packs was a great purchase today too. I appreciated Staci emailing me with all of the offers, and I felt that this was superb service too. This is now my third Mini car that I have purchased from Mini Stratstone Doncaster, my first one was around fifteen years ago (Mini Convertible), to a Mini Clubman around eight years ago. The reason I keep coming back to Doncaster is simple, superb customer service! Special thanks to Lauren Barnes for providing superb service too. I look forward to collecting my new car this coming Saturday morning.

Firstly with Jamal then with Jake we always felt looked after through test drives, conversations about choices and accessories then finally through to purchase.    I have had nothing but great experiences at Stratstone Mini in Doncaster… I only came in for a look and ended up buying a little Copper S in the best colour ever! No pushy sales team, just helpful advice and a great atmosphere. The service team are just as good, reminding me to book services and keep things up to date. I took out a service plan that I paid monthly… couldn’t recommend it enough and again the way Staci sold it to me without a hard sell was refreshing. If you are thinking of getting a Mini… look no further.

   From the very start, Courtney and the staff at Mini were brilliant. Through no fault of theirs, we had to wait for our car five months longer than initially expected but Courtney managed our expectations throughout. She regularly updated us on the situation and went over and above to try and ensure our car was with us ASAP. On handover day, we brought our dog and were greeted at the door with a jar of treats and a bowl of fresh water for her. The handover was smooth and Courtney and her colleagues made the experience a luxury one - it definitely is a VIP experience! This is the fourth Mini we have purchased from Mini Doncaster and we won’t hesitate to visit again!

   Picked up a 2019 cooper s a few days ago, car is perfect super happy with it. Bethany the sales woman was professional with a touch of informality all the way through the process, she met all our needs and went above and beyond to cater for us. No pushy sales tactics, didn't feel any pressure to actually buy the car. We showed up to our appointment and she left me and my girlfriend to it, we took the car out and had a good look around it. There were a few tiny issues which Bethany quickly had rectified for us, she knew all the answers to my many many questions. Unfortunately Bethany was busy with another customer when we were picking the car up so the head of sales Josh, again he was great and made us feel welcome and catered for, super friendly and we even had a few laughs. All together Doncaster Mini will be getting lots of praise from me when talking about my new car. Cant recommend then enough, the perfect place for all your Mini needs
