   The loveliest, down to earth people at Carsure. Brilliant communication and customer service by everyone I dealt with. Love my car, purchased in September and it hasn't missed a beat. Was unable to view the car in person so I paid for the AA to do a full inspection. Two very minor issues were dealt with without hesitation by Carsure. Kev & Paul even delivered the car to my home address for a small fee and it arrived with plenty of fuel onboard, beautifully valeted and with all the relevant paperwork. The car also has a full MOT, had an oil & filter service, a year of free AA cover and 3 months free warranty and it had recently been fitted with four new tyres! Never had such a stress free purchase of a car! Thanks very much to all at Carsure!

   My car broke down and was recovered here in an emergency. I couldn't have been taken to a better place, everyone that works here is absolutely wonderful. Diagnostics and advice were exactly right and I have never paid less! The lady working at the reception area is so lovely, I was in a really stressful situation and she took such trouble to be kind, whilst my car got sorted.

   I have bought several vehicles from this company (Car Sure) & every time the service & support was fantastic. One of the vehicles did have a fault, however this was dealt with & resolved with no hesitation and at no extra cost. My wife's vehicle has recently just broken down (not purchased from Car Sure) I was supported by the AA, who followed me to Car Sure the same night. I asked Car Sure to repair this (starter motor) this was done within a few hours at a very good cost rate. Again the service & support was on another level. I personally will not use any other car dealer or garage from the experience that i have received over the years from Car Sure. I have now also convinced my wife of this in any future car purchases. Thank you Kev & Team, keep up the hard work & i can't thank you all enough.

   About 12 momths ago bought a car from the team @ Carsure. Fair honest price on the motor. Great runner. Easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Had great after sales support on various occasions. Great turnaround on servicing. Only today had speedy turnaround to get the car back on the road. Once again excellent service by the team.
