Bought a Fiesta from Crossroads Garage and it was a very easy and hassle free experience with great customer service. James gave me a good part exchange price for my old car and explained the entire process to me for getting the new car.I went around 2 in the afternoon on Tuesday and then collected the car on Wednesday at 1, less than 24 hours later. He put my previous number plates on retention for me and all the team offered great customer service with making me feel very welcome and comfortable buying a car from them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality car. Couldn’t fault them at all! 10/10
We bought a lovely Mini Cooper a few months ago at Crossroads garage. Buying a car long distance can be a.cause for concern however this was not the case. The part exchange was seamless and they paid the price agreed over the phone. Any issues we had post sale were quickly resolved within the hour. Great service and a great product and would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this dealer enough! Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. After finding the car through search engines we stumbled across Crossroads Garage and went to have a look. We were able to test drive on our own with no pressure to buy at all. We even took one of the other cars out on a test drive as we were indecisive at that point which car we wanted. There was no pressure at all and such a relaxed friendly atmosphere. All of the vehicles that Crossroads had in stock were high quality and in immaculate condition, they clearly take pride in what they do. James looked after us from placing the holding deposit right through to collecting the car a day earlier than planned, he got the car ready for us to collect within an hour of a phone call. The collection process was so quick and smooth and James went above and beyond at every stage of the purchase. Absolutely fantastic experience and hope to deal with Crossroads again in the future. Great garage. Dean was highly professional, very honest and didn't "sell" to us in any way. Incredibly happy with the service. Car on face value is great. Can't comment fully on the car yet as it's delivered tomorrow. Will update this review if anything changes. But so far, can't fault them!
Absolutely amazing service, really friendly staff and so helpful. All paperwork was so easy to deal with and was done very quick. Real friendly service, part exchanged my old vehicle with no trouble at all. Paperwork and phone calls back and forward was effortless. The dealership itself is a stunning building and the cars they also have their own workshop next door. Some high end motors there as well which also gives you confidence.
