   I’ve just bought my 5th car from Euro Motor Company and for good reason, they’ve gone above and beyond on every occasion. Nothing is too much trouble and the back up is brilliant, you can guarantee the best price for your part exchange and will find you the best finance option should you need it, I can recommend them with utmost confidence to anyone.    I don’t tend to look forward to looking for a new car these days, often large forecourts with used and abused vehicles rushed through prep and sales people with more knowledge of interest rates than car maintenance. But i can categorically say that Euro Motor co have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish in purchasing a vehicle. Often, at point of sale companies will promise you the earth but run for the hills if a problem presents itself, not Euro Motor co. I purchased my Golf GTD estate in May 2025 and unfortunately around 6 weeks into ownership it developed a serious gearbox fault, a costly repair, i returned to Nigel at Euro Motor Co and he was able to fit me in to diagnose the fault and was able to sort a repair in line with my extended warranty that i purchased along with the car. The gearbox had to be repaired by a 3rd party specialist which involved sending part of the gearbox away for repair. Nigel kept me informed at every stage of the process, all in all they had the car for around a month and i had it returned in September. As of writing this review in December the car has been reliable and i am confident the issue has been repaired to a high standard with additional warranty on the work done for added peace of mind. All in all i can only speak positively of my experience both with Ben during the sales process and Nigel with the after care. Cars are mechanical items and unfortunately can and do go wrong, but it’s the care and attention, often after the initial sale that i find to be the measure of a good business. I can say from my experience that Euro Motor Co care about what they do and i wouldn’t hesitate in paying them another visit when looking for my next vehicle.

   Right. Where do I start?? I'll start with my previous experience with another company. I had a bad experience with a company prior to me coming here. I came here due to a few google reviews I read, where people had been through a similar experience to me. And were over the moon with their experience with the Euro Motor Company. I took a punt, based off the reviews I read. When we arrived here on the forecourt, I had my eye on a van I had seen on auto trader. After having a quick browse, me and my partner were greeted with a great salesman called Ben. By the times I got to talk to him, he'd already greeted me with a nice hot cup of tea. Just what i needed after a long drive. He left us to browse a while longer looking at the van, without any pushy tactics. We headed into the office to chat with Ben, and honestly, we could have talked for hours! We instantly liked him and we felt that Ben had our best interests at heart. We went through the paperwork without any problems. We laid a deposit down which held the van. He told us it would be ready a week later. I have had the van now for just under a month. It is absolutely immaculate inside and out, and under! I have a family member who is a mechanic, he offered to do a quick check on the vehicle for me. He told me this fan was absolutely immaculate, and it had been well looked after. We are absolutely thrilled to have dealt with this company. And also to deal with such a great guy in Ben. I do like to wait until the honeymoon period has ended when it comes to leaving an honest review. Ben has gone above and beyond in making sure this vehicle is to a standard which meets all requirements for my business. We will have no hesitation in coming back here, we are due to be looking at another family car in the next few months. And we will be coming here again. I recommend this company to anybody! And would always recommend the sales person Ben. Thank you so much for giving me hope in the used car industry. I absolutely love my van, and love driving it every day!    I recently purchased a car from Euro Motors in Thurcroft, Rotherham, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I came to them after a negative experience elsewhere, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Every member of staff I dealt with was helpful and friendly, but I have to give special thanks to Ben. He made the whole process seamless and stress-free. As I had an injured ankle, I wasn’t able to collect the car straight away. I paid a holding deposit, and Ben kindly held the vehicle for me without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. He kept in touch, was always helpful, and even liaised with the finance company to ensure everything went through smoothly. When I collected the car, it was spotless and has been running perfectly since. I’ve only had it for a couple of days, but I’m already very pleased. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Euro Motors, and I’ll definitely return when it’s time for my next vehicle (though hopefully not too soon!). Thank you again to Ben and the team for such a positive experience.

   So, I wanted a specific car for my daughter & her ever expanding family & spotted one at Euro Motor Co as a part exchange. My daughter & I pootled along & were created by Shane, who explained what the deal was when buying one or their part exchange vehicles. He explained everything in plain simple English & nothing was left out. We went out on a lengthy test drive & everything seemed fine & so we purchased the vehicle. We were aware that the car needed a pair of front tyres & so the day after collecting the car I took it & had a pair of tyres fitted & the tracking done. The car has now covered around 1500 miles since purchasing & hasn’t put a foot wrong. I, my daughter & her partner are highly delighted. So ask yourself this simple question: if this company & Shane in particular treat us with the respect that they did when buying a part exchange car, why wouldn’t you buy your next car from this place. Well the answer is: the next time I want another vehicle I’m going to looking at the stock list at Euro Motor Co. Thanks for a very pleasant experience - Shane in particular.
