Every member of staff I dealt with was helpful and friendly, but I have to give special thanks to Ben. He made the whole process seamless and stress-free. As I had an injured ankle, I wasn’t able to collect the car straight away. I paid a holding deposit, and Ben kindly held the vehicle for me without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. He kept in touch, was always helpful, and even liaised with the finance company to ensure everything went through smoothly. When I collected the car, it was spotless and has been running perfectly since. I’ve only had it for a couple of days, but I’m already very pleased.
