Royston’s reputation speaks for itself and is always highly recommended locally but this was actually my first time using having used a previous a garage that my family has used for years. I have to say I was very impressed. The staff were professional, the work was first class and the price very reasonable. The little touches go along way such as the full vehicle after check and I loved that they put my locking wheel nut in a little orange hessian drawer string bag with their logo on it for safe keeping. This will be mine and my family’s new garage from now on in fact my partner has already booked her car in for next week.
Had my 2011 Passat CC here for front strut, rear shock top mounts, steering rack complete fitting. They were polite very professional and work carried out in good time and I felt that this garage was honest with quote and repair work done. Car now drives like a new car again with no knocking or rattling noises. I highly recommend this garage to any VW owner, and will be taking my beloved Passat there for services and repairs.
