   I dealt with Andy the entire time throughout the purchase and I have to say - the guy is an absolute saint! There was no pushy sales techniques first and foremost - I rocked up to the shop (despite me not realising I needed an appointment) and Andy still kindly showed me round the cars I was interested in and left me to have a nosy through them. I told Andy the ones I was deciding between and what I actually wanted out of a car and he pointed me to a beautiful 5 series, and I haven’t since looked back. The 5 series was actually the cheapest of my options too, but most ideal for exactly what I wanted - so it shows the integrity and honesty in my opinion, but also the fact he really listened to my needs - rather than being pushed toward a more sporty/expensive car for the easy sale. Even then, Andy really put a shift in to try and get me the car. For whatever reason, we had a nightmare getting finance approved and after many phone calls back and forth, texts, pictures and emails we finally got there in the end! He even set up a new finance dealer to get it over the line. The customer service I was on the receiving end of was truly amazing! And the car itself - I have full trust in every car they stock at the showroom. They’re all in beautiful condition and truly well looked after, whatever the age. And I truly believe they wouldn’t even take a car on if they weren’t happy with its condition and reliability, they are here to sell you quality. So I look forward to spending many years in my new, comfy 5 series! Perfect experience from start to finish and I’ll be sending my highest recommendations to anyone I know who needs a car - to German motor store. Thanks for everything again!

   From the First initial contact, to collecting the vehicle, the service was second to none, no pushy sales man, you're able to relax at your leisure and take as long as you need to view check over the vechile and ask any questions, they are always more then happy to help, they go above and beyond making it a stress free situation getting a new car can be, I purchased a BMW 320d m sport yesterday, and this morning drove it over 400 miles down Cornwall on holiday, and never skipped a beat such luxury to drive and own, top hand pick vehicles, will be back for my next one after this, best service I've ever had when buying a car, to anyone that is having any worries about buying a used vechile theses guys are the ones you want to be dealing with, absolutely honest and transparent from start to finish. Can't recommend enough 5* all the way

   Andy was great from start to finish my wife loves her bmw 120d x drive in great condition all round went out of his way to make sure the car was ready for the day we agreed for collections even picked us up from the train station. Only negative from ourselves is a 1 month warranty think that’s very poor service understand you can purchase extra cover but think 3 months warranty should be given as pretty much most dealers do this. But would highly recommend buying from the German motor store.

   I had a very good experience with German Motor Store, I was needing a automatic car due to health issues I have. Andy was very nice, not pushing a sale at all. I asked for a video walk round of the car, which Andy did for me without any hassle. He told me everything I wanted to know about the car. I absolutely love the car. The price was very reasonable too. Once I got the car home I noticed the balancing for the wheels needing sorting. German Motor Store was more than happy to help sort. Excellent service. 5*. More than recommend. Thanks again to Andy. Top guy.

   As a woman buying a car it can be an un nerving experience. You can feel completely out of your depth. I bought a car un seen from Andy at the German motor store. I had to put my trust in him to sell me a good car. I couldn’t of asked for more tbh. He took so much time with me taking me through every inch of the car in detail. Any small issues were pointed out, not that there were many tbh. He has very high standards. The car was amazing!! Just what I was looking for. He clearly takes a lot of pride in the cars he sells. They are presented in immaculate condition . I’ve had my car for about 2 weeks now. It is exactly as he described. I completely love it!! I can recommend Andy to anyone buying a car. Even if you have looked online but it’s too far away to just go and see Andy will to a live video for you. You can ask him to focus on any bit you want. Start the car up so you can here it, the lot!! I am delighted I found this company to buy from. You can definitely buy with confidence. I couldn’t rate him and his service high enough. He clearly only wants to sell the best! I wish him all the best for his future trading. You have made a lady in the north east of Scotland very happy!!

   100% best experience I've ever had buying a car. Andy is such a nice guy and was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly welcome, no pressure or pushy sales tactics. He's super knowledgeable about his cars if you have any questions and I'm absolutely over the moon with my purchase. From viewing and test driving the car Monday, he'd organised it to be delivered to my home the next day. Definitely recommend.
