   Abysmal experience at Peugeot chesterfield. I went to explore options with a lovely guy called Mark who was fantastic but as a salesman there’s only so much he can do etc. However, while in the showroom I was subjected to loud discriminatory comments from another salesman called John in front of my children not actually knowing anything about me, just comments from face value for no good reason. Overall poor customer service aside from Mark. I would avoid, I ended up buying a Peugeot from Volkswagen instead who were much much better :)

   Just bought our new car from here and the service from Rob and Dan was fantastic. They were friendly, approachable and explained everything clearly. They also didn't pressure us, which made the process much more relaxed. The aftersales service from Rob has been great as well. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

   I recently bought a BMW from this dealership as an approved used car. Rob was fantastic, providing high quality photographs upon my request and able to answer all my questions. They agreed to take a deposit so that I could secure the car to view a week later. I’ve been searching for one of these for over a year, this example was lower mileage than others, had excellent history and came with even more optional extras than I realised. Dan was great to deal with too, this was a very good car for the money. They were all ready for me as they promised when I arrived after a four hour drive. Two genuinely nice chaps, I would happily buy another car from them in the future. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car to date. Don’t go to a car supermarket, go to these guys! Thank you.

   The sales team were amazing couldn’t fault them in any way, max and mark both amazing sales men but the service team on the other hand absolute shambles. I bought a vw golf gtd from them and I had nothing but trouble with the car. windows not working, heater matrix not working to then them fixing it to only break again and leave me stranded on a dual carriageway(coolant burst out the pipes leaving no coolant in the car), clutch wasn’t right on the car and last but not least the break were warped. NL15KUN if you see a red golf with that number plate back up for sale I recommend staying well clear.

   Walked into the Peugeot garage Sunday 27th Feb after looking around the court interested in a 2008 for my wife. After asking politely if we could take a look inside one for sale the salesman who was busy on his computer huffed and puffed with a little comment ( for gods sake ) jumped up. i told him to not bother!! I wont be returning to such unprofessional and rude salesman! Some customer service training required i think! Id have gladly given zero stars
