    Wose store ever. ive placed an order online. I was told to to collect it within 30 minutes. As i got to the store was told sorry we don’t have the castrol oil in stock please come back tomrrow. Next day i received phone call from the store please collect your order its at the counter. I drove there again i was told by staff sorry your parts stuck in Sidcup. I will never ever shop with gsf welling again. I will also put this in formal complaint.

    Worst service ever. The staff member was very slow. The queue of 3 people-took 40 mins to serve the simple order.

    My Merc enjoyed the visit. Ordered a cabin filter starter with a oil filter main medium rare and a large glass of Semi synthetic delish. Bill wasn't bad but queue was very slow. Probz be back next year.

    The waiting time at the counter is beyond bonkers. 15 whole minutes until someone served me. Guy at the counter is very slow and loves to have a chat with everyone instead of getting on with it.
