Really nice store with a variety of homeware pieces. I particularly liked the sofas and furnitures. I wish they accepted blue light card for discount.
Often here with my girlfriend to pick up or return orders. Service is always quick and staff are friendly. It’s not cheap, as you’d expect with Next, but the quality is high. The outdoor area is a lot of fun. In the summer we’d go and sit on the garden sofas and swing chairs. Lots of egg chairs too! Plenty of beds and bedding. Many, many cushions of varying sizes and colours. A limited range of wooden living room and bedroom furniture, including beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and chairs. Lots of decorative ornaments. A good place to look for gifts for a friend or family.
Bought a sofa from Jacqui who was informative, patient, and helpful. She clearly explained our choices, delivery times, and other details while helping my wife and I to find the perfect option for our new home. Very much appreciated.
Visited today to order a sofa. Was served by a young women called Freya. She was so friendly and amazing with our 6 year old. She engaged with her and got her to help her input everything keeping her entertained while we decided. Really helpful.
Some of the items are damaged but they can get new ones if you don’t want the damaged ones. Also shows stuff on their system as in stock but when they look in the back they aren’t. Staff are helpful but slow
Expected it to be much better than it was. Barely any bedding and too much space given to furniture with little accessories. Also needed the bathrooms which were quite dirty, which let's face it these days is no longer acceptable.
A reasonable selection of homewares, but not much garden to speak of. Prices are quite high but the products seem good quality. Next homewares fit a definite style, and you may be disappointed if that isn't what you're after. The in store Costa seems to be a bit of a husband crèche.
