   Do not buy anything from this company!! I bought a part for my mini it arrived quickly but it’s broken and doesn’t work. I’ve tried numerous times to contact them by telephone and email with no response. I’m shocked that a company is allowed to get away with this and I will be taking it further. Don’t be fooled by the fancy website and customer service there is no way of contacting them.

   Ordered a bumper a couple of years ago gave a deposit. After multiple emails and calls nothing came of it and they kept the deposit. Should’ve known better the place had stuff everywhere like a big mess inside probably lost track of the order or part. One of their 5* reviews is actually written by the owner to boost his rating

   Massively disappointed with the customer service levels at designer beema. I ordered a part which was unfortunately the wrong colour however based on their returns policy you are asked to contact them for a returns authorisation code and then you can send it back within 30 days. I am now 3 weeks in after the order was placed and several emails. phone calls (to an unserviced number that doesn't work) and zero response via their chat service online. Would not use, recommend or trust this company. Thankyou for your response however it has been another 4 days having emailed you on the new email address provided and still no answer. Please can you respond ASAP.

   Horrendous company to deal with. False promises, complete lack of communication- avoid!!! I purchased a replacement wing mirror which was faulty. It took several weeks to receive a response despite video evidence. Even at this point I was asked to post back the wing mirror and drive my car without one. Once they agreed to post me a new wing mirror this was never received. Several attempts to chase this have proven unsuccessful. Horrible customer experience
