My first appointment with this salon was with jade and Vicki for a colour and blow dry. And my expectations were exceeded & blown away, every aspect of my experience was exceptional. 10/10 for the ladies knowledge, professionalism, care for my hair, 10/10 for the salon style, layout, cleanliness, products they used and for the lovely FOH- Amanda.
I went in with post Chemo unruly curls in all directions. Natalie has transformed me, excellent cut and love the sculpting. She must be a magician. Very pleased customer.
I would just like to say that they did an amazing job with my hair. I actually turned up the appointment 20 minutes late by accident and they still fitted me and did my hair for prom in 30 minutes when it should have taken an hour. But even in the short time they did it in, they still made it look immaculate. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I would highly recommend to anyone. What an incredibly talented, charming, friendly professional team Nicki has here. Carolyn was wonderfully understanding booking me in on my first visit here. No problems with my disability and everyone was so kind. Jade coloured my hair and Dean cut it and the service from start to finish was outstanding. The atmosphere here is so welcoming and makes for a happy team and happy clients. Recommended wholeheartedly. Looking forward to my next visit soon.
What can I say? My stylist, Claire, is the best! We have been through many hair style revamps and she never fails to do an amazing job. Even if I'm unsure or pick a style that Claire doesn't quiet think would work, she will give her professional advice and do a tweek here and there. Always an amazing experience.
