This was an absolute waste of my time!!!!!!! Got to the store to have my new battery fitted and was informed ABRUPTLY! that they don’t fit the battery as they can’t remove the cross strap or stiffener on a Land Rover. I checked all the correct boxes on the website and my vehicle came up and they took payment. Now having to wait for the funds to be put back into my bank as this takes 3 working days along with the aggravation of booking elsewhere after taking time out to visit the Beckton Halfords. Shame

When my bike arrived it needed putting together. I knew it needed an expert. I arrived at Halfords, unbenown I required an appointment. Dev, the bicycle manager was lovely, assuring me someone would take a look for me. I took the bike upstairs encountering Reegan and Sayed. Both super polite, patient and had a little chuckle at my mail order bike but reassuring it simply needed a little adjusting, oiling and tightening to ensure my safety. The shop was super busy but they both took the time to ensure my bicycle had the attention, even changing by feeble bell to a nice updated one. Reegan went above and beyond, once done to not only show me how to safely fold my bicycle, he carried it down the stairs. All the while, Dev the manager supporting him whilst oscillating between serving other customers, managing the floor and ensuring a sirine environment amongst the team. Thank you so much for showing my bike such love :-)

Literally the worst store ever .. Poor customer service .. I went there a couple of weeks back to try on a new bike that I wanted to buy and then they said there is a staff shortage and they have closed the bike hut section , went there a few days after and waited for around an hour and didn’t get entertained at all because of staff shortage again , .. Ordered the bike online and picked it up today and found out that there were sizing issues as the algorithm had suggested the bigger bike to me, went back to store to get it exchanged , the guy called M said they will speak to company over the weekdays as it was an LOC buy and not credit/debit card but and they need a new voucher and they kept the bike .Had not even reached home as I was taking a public transport and M called me and straight away started accusing me of damaging the bike and saying that they can’t accept the exchange . i tried to reason with him that I had only drove it for about 15-20 Mins but he won’t even let me speak and was just accusing me all the time .. I said I needed to speak to the store manager and he wouldn’t let me speak to him saying that he is busy downstairs .. I was there in the store for good 15 minutes and he didn’t even check the bike then and he is trying to put it on me saying I had an accident or something .. So much for the customer service. i told him I don’t care about the fact if they give me back the same bike or a new bike as long as they fix the sizing issue but he just won’t listen . And I have not seen any other store accusing customers straightaway especially when they took the product just an hour or so back .

Apart from below today I went for my bike repair which I already paid cycle care. I will attach the pictures you people decide how good this store they spoiled my new bike when bring for 6 weeks service today. I suggest don’t visit this store at any cost everything cheating and staff also behave very rude and badly. I will attached pictures. you people can decide yourself. It is brand new bike I wasted my time and this people made my bike repair. Whom I need to complaint about this store. Because this people selling all faulty products and doing all this faulty things how mechanic will damage bikes like this. I asked mechanic about damage , but he blindly telling we can do anything and asked about why it is giving more noice while coming everything fine know you damaged my bike please fix it. He said he is not not expert come again. Nonsense he is not mechanic but he is doing all in this store.My child scooter same issue with one day screws came out I bought it back but store people blindly rejected . Know my bike gram and gears damaged because of this store poor mechanics. No use of complaining to manager and Halford . ————————————————————————— This store management is cheating customers like anything . If you order bike click and collect they will make sure that customer will get faulty product .Worst store don’t go here until you want to get cheated. I purchased cycle in this store, which is faulty I bought it back to the store with in a day and asked them to fix. But they asked me to pay 40 pounds for that totally cheaters. With in a day they are not accepting to take return even it is faulty . If anyone have doubt please reach out to me. If you want to loose money you can prefer this store.

I have been trying to get my bike fixed for the past three months in Beckton store (closest to my address). Each time I visit, the moment I set foot in the store, I have the sense that I will be sent away with a random reason. The most frequent excuse has been the "no technician available". Today my luck has finally turned and a technician was available. Having assessed my bike he told me that I should have come sooner [Heaven knows, I did], by now my wheel has become so deformed that it cannot be trued, only replaced. I need to source my own wheel because they are experiencing issues with the supplier and it may take three months to get my wheel replaced. Good that I purchased a 3 year cycle care plan, I could have just flushed that money down the drain. Today's choice of notice on display: "NO REPAIRS"
