   This has to be one of the worst establishments I've ever used. My car was given to them on 17/12/25 for work which they said it'll take a week but they will most likely give it earlier. Fast forward it is now 03/01/26 and still not completed. I have been given 5 different dates and 4 different excused. They even refuse the pick up the phone now. This is by far the worst mechanic I've ever ever come across. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

   This car repair shop is the worst I've ever heard of. Mechanics are liars. They make an appointment for a specific hour and then you have to wait 3 hours. Two days ago it was exactly the same, they ruined my and my fiancé's whole day, because they were rescheduling the appointment every hour to fix a simple air conditioning! They told me to come the next day at 12, but what do they think, that people don't have their own lives or plans? My fiancé arrived today at the agreed time, left the car for an hour, because that's what the mechanics said, then came back after a total of 3 hours of waiting and wandering aimlessly around the city in 30 degrees and it turned out that the mechanics had just started working. They ruined two of our days! How can you be so slow and useless of someone else's time!

   Great Auto shop, great guys. They are Very helpful. Are their price won't break the bank. They sell the parts to you and offer to send you to their mechanic to fix it for you at no extra cost ( after you've paid for it all at the counter). The spot is unmistakable, it's on the high street. Parking here is very tricky though. I got an off street parking by one of the streets off the main High Street. If you park in front of the shop, you will have to keep an eye for the ticket guys. Their pars are genuine! They sell both new and used parts.

   Their prices are too high. I was looking for a radiator for which he quoted me £100 whereas I got it for only £35 from elsewhere. Mostly they don't have many items in stock

   I am lucky that i found them. They replaced 4 panels of my car which i badly damaged (seriously bad) during an accident. What i found about them are - reasonablely priced, effiecet service, quick response and finally the finishing which was my worry. I am glad to put this review and i wish they grow bigger and help more people. Ahmed brother, it was pleasure to meet you and thank you for your support. it was more than money can buy.
