Ben, store manager has dealt with some cycle to work related queries I had. He set up a brand new bicycle with accessories to perfection and was clearly very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience at Chadwell Heath, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bicycle.
I went to pick up the bike that I had booked the slot for. Just to be told that the manager is doing the interview and it will be at least 20 minutes. When I explained that I couldn't wait that long, the young man at the counter shrug me off saying that it takes 15-30 to hand over the bike. When I asked why I wasn't notified, the same worker said that it was for GDPR reasons... Dear Halfords, Please actually do train your counter staff on basic GDPR rules, so they don't ridicule your company with the nonsense they think it is. After all, they do represent you. Also, don't book interviews if you have no one to serve. Not when you have appointments booked - this is basic courtesy. If you really have no choice but interview in the customer's booked time, let us know that you are too busy to serve. Our purchases make your profit margin. We would like you to respect that. Now, let's see how the round two goes.
I love the customer services I received from the two ladies on duty the day I came to purchase engine oil for my car. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful which made me sign up for a premium membership of Halfords which I am enjoying now.
Recently visited Halfords to have my car battery replaced and Charlie was the team member who helped me . he was very fast and efficient the whole process was done in no time! he was very polite and friendly explaining everything and making sure I was happy with the work before I left .I could not have asked for better service.
I received a wonderful customer service experience at the Chadwell Heath branch today. I was greeted and served by Jack and although I was an hour early through an appointment system to have a chip repair in the windscreen, he reassured me that it was great that I was early and was served very quickly. Dan fixed a small chip in the car windscreen and done an excellent job. and was very informative regarding the guarantee . Charles was also present and very informative. It is great to receive a good old fashioned customer service:)
I had a great experience at Chadwell Heath yesterday. I stopped in after buying a second hand car to have fresh wiper blades fitted. Arhad did a great job and recommended he could fix the crack in the windscreen for me too. Which he did straight away. A great job. Many thanks!
Visited this store today in need of a new battery, not only was the staff inside helpful in helping me find my battery quick and easy, the installation was professional and thorough. Awab was friendly and open and happy to help! Highly recommend this branch of Halfords!
Great staff, great service. Headlight bulbs changed on a Sunday morning for a bargain price. Many thanks to the technician who sorted quite a fiddly job on a Prius II with skill and fortitude. Legend.
not even one-star staff, especially girls with specs using headphones while working and not hearing properly another girl as well they don't know what a day-running light bulb is, by anyhow I removed the previous one from the car and showed her that sample and the number to search on their portal said it's not showing you have to go to the showroom of your car brand After showing the engineer the light bulb, he instructed me to merely ask for the 501 bulbs, which were eventually behind her. Now that I had the 3£ bulb, she wants me to go to the showroom. Such a ridiculous staff, do they even want to work there? Next week, my friend will experience the same thing, We won't be returning.
