Took my focus in 4th October for a service. Really happy. Bloke took me physically around the car, advising on what needs to be done. No pressure and no nonsense.
Had a flat tyre down the road from the garage. They came and changed the tyre for me, (I had a newborn with me). And they also are fixing my original one at a great price. Super friendly and definitely recommend. Didn't get the gentlemens name but he was fantastic!
I went to change my tyres here and the technician Reece was fantastic. He is very patient and caring, instead of just changing the tyres, he also cleaned the rims and identified that the braking disks have been worn. He also explained some knowledge to me which I can never learn from other garages. Best experience, best technician Reece!
They are genuine and don't take advantage. I have full trust in them. Sometimes as a women you go to a garage and they take liberty's. It has never happened there.
Mot and servicing There is a waiting room facility that can be used while you wait for your car. You can see Into the garage where your car is being worked on. Good value for money in my experience.
Good service and friendly staff. Have brought my cars here regularly and not been let down yet.
A bit of hit and miss. Service costs are good. For my first service with them they over filled engine oil and couldn't wind the brakes up as their computer would allow it. Recently had to wait 30 mins even when the car was ready. Had to ask 3 times for the car to be brought out. Still waiting for my e receipt.
Strategically located - F1 motors, toolstation, screw-fix and now MGN at one place... big parking space very convenient ... what else do you need
