   Recently ordered for my Mazda 2 2010 (3 door) which I was having problems finding the right size in competitor's brands, product was on backorder due to it being an older model car so a little slower than I was expecting, but the customer service team was responsive whenever I asked for updates and the product looks brilliant on the car, perfect fit! Very happy as a customer, will be returning if I ever need to order more.

   If I could possibly give 1/4 of a star I would. I spoke to an arrogant man called Andy. The wind deflectors that I purchased were too big on the front and too small for the back windows. The front had a crack in the top at the back of it. Apparently its my fault. I have to pay shipping to send them back which I won't get refunded and I won't get my full money back. Andy is ignorant and was happy to blame me and telling me that I have an old cheap car. He must have a 21 plate ferrari. I will NEVER use them again. Overpriced and over rated.

   I have purchased Climair wind deflectors on several occasions from this company and they are by far the best. They fit perfectly and even after 5 years did not scratch unlike other cheaper versions that I know are available elsewhere. Andy and his team are professional, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they despatch the products quickly and well packed to ensure they arrive safely and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

   This is an excellent company to deal with and we have dealt with them over the past few years. We ordered new wind deflectors for a change of car we had and which were coming directly from Germany. Within 7 days of ordering, we changed to a different series, and colour, of car. On contacting the staff, the original order was cancelled and a new order submitted (again coming direct from Germany) which we have now received and fitted. As always, these deflectors are of good quality and fit well. Credit MUST go to staff for their understanding, professionalism and quick response to our vehicle change. Would not hesitate to use this company at all times. Highly recommended and well done all round!
