   Customer service not great. Bought an ECU and loom package a while back, but had only recently installed it. Needed some support, which was good when I actually got to speak to people. However, nobody answers the phones and emails are often ignored. Feels as though sales are prioritised over all else.

   Wouldn't shop here ever again, product advertised as coming with instructions, none came. they don't answer the phone or respond to emails, very poor customer service!!

   Don't answer phones. Got a message saying an item that I paid for next day shipping on didn't arrive at the start of the week and its taken them until AFTER it was meant to arrive to let me know! Poor levels of customer service. I appreciate it might not have been in stock, but don't list it like it was, don't take payment for express shipping and at the VERY least tell me that's the case EARLY to avoid messing up my work schedule! I've used you before, but I won't bother using you again!

   Very poor customer service, phone doesn't get answered, emails and messages are ignored, ebay ordered not shipped in a timely manner or in line with the advert. Generally disappointing. Would recommend avoiding if you want an efficient ordering process and prompt arrival of your goods.

   Not a great experience, sent wrong part and had to pay the return postage myself. Had to raise PayPal dispute for refund, as the sales email is non responsive. Finally had a refund but still £8.05 out of pocket, for their mistake. I really won’t bother again, just go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!
