   Fantastic service. Everyone that works there knows there stuff! Everyone was very helpful and decent prices. I'm quite a young girl and I was quite worried about going into a man dominated shop but they treat you with respect and look after you! I'm now very confident in going there on my own.

   Wow!! Stopped off here as I had no headlights on my van . Walked in told the young lady behind the counter my problem . A young lad came out , diagnosed the problem within a few seconds then he had sorted it out within about 5 mins . This shop and the young men/women working here are a credit to Romford !! Top marks Kenlee .

   This store has a great selection of car care products in-store, and the staff are very helpful. The customer service was spot on! I highly recommend this store. From now on, I won't be going to Halfords any longer, Kenlee will be the place to go. The other thing to mention is that they fitted the windscreen wipers for free! I believe we should support our local shops, especially family-run businesses. I was told that this store has been in business for over 50 years! How wonderful. Thank you guys. I will be back.

   Family run good old fashioned parts shop. Nothing too much trouble. Spotted a light out on the car pulled in, they checked the fuses and got under the car and pulled the bulb that was blown. Only charged for the bulb which was a couple of quid. I would recommend them without hesitation.

   Every time I come they always make sure I'm happy and nothing ever seems an issue. Felt almost guilty when they replaced a £3.50 stop lamp on an X-Trail including both the bulb and the fitting. They fitted and tested before I even had the chance to pay, fantastic service. Don't let the wealth of young lads put you off sometimes on the weekend, can honestly say they've always been extremely polite and helpful.
